Had to wait on employees to finish their personal conversation. Had 2 homeless people in there talking super loud. One had dog. I have no problem with animals but I do inside a restaurant.

if you love getting your order wrong, I suggest going to this specific location. I lOVE getting my order wrong, man. The best part is, even if you're m3nt4lly r3t4rded, you can still work here. I was asked, fresh or toasted, and I said fresh. It is hot af outside afterall; Unfortunately, I was given the hottest sandwich ever. I guess the two words sound alike.

Went to Subway for lunch,ordered on the app. Got home and our order was not what I had ordered. Went back 2hrs later after eating both sandwiches and spoke with the manager. She refunded my money. I'm happy now and will be back but maybe I'll go inside and place my order. Thank you Subway for doing the right thing.

I never thought I'd be writing a review on a Subway but this experience sucked. I got here at the one located in Imperial by target around 10pm (they close at 11). I even double checked yelp to make sure I wasn't heading over there at an unreasonable time. So we get there, order inside, get our food then decided to sit down since we assumed we'd still have plenty of time to eat (it's was about 10:20 now). I unwrapped my sandwich and I kid you not, as I'm about to take my first bite one of the employees comes up to us and says "guys were actually about to close right now."I was pretty shocked he was actually kicking us out and it wasn't even close to 11 yet. The least he could've done was let us finish. I didn't want to make a big deal so all I said was "okay sorry" and literally started wrapping my sub back up. As we're putting everything back in our bags the workers turned off the lights while we were still inside! That's the part that really upset me. I'm a server myself so I know what it's like to want to go home, but turning off the lights while people are still inside is super rude. There was another couple in there too who looked just as confused as we did. I've also been here a couple times before and never have I ever been rushed out the way these 3 guys rushed us out tonight.

The place was clean and welcoming. The Mexicali sandwich was good!Shout-out to Alberto for fantastic service. I showed up with 2 hungry kids and he was very patient and accommodating.

We had the nicest employee help us today. I think his name was Alberto or Alfredo. If you read this, please know you made my family’s day! Our twins were so hungry and that broccoli cheddar soup was exactly what they needed. You were so professional and helpful. Thank you so much! Albredo (I combined the 2 names in hope that one of these is your name). ?Kid-friendliness: The staff was kid friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was no visible changing table for my little ones so I had to change them in the car.

I was very pleased with the new menu. The prices are a little higher but well worth it. I had the Mexicali (#7) and it was the bomb.Vegetarian options: There are vegan options.Parking: There are plenty of parking spots around the premises.

Unprofessional staff. I understand you are short staffed and that's why you closed the dining area. But when I was trying to pick up my order, which I saw on the rack, you still insisted that I go through the drive thru.

Service: Excellent!! Would return just for the service. Team working this evening are friendly, conversational, helpful and efficient. Meal: Can't go wrong with Italian BMT. Hearty classic. Sandwich was well crafted, excellent balance of meat - cheese - vegetables. Team here takes the time to craft a sandwich not throw it together. Store: super clean, well organized. Bright lights, welcoming environment. This location is a winner in my book!

worst subway ever. last 3 times we have went and the bread is hard as a rock every time. also topping all falling off the sandwich as if they were put there carelessly.

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I bought a foot long veg ex tomato and cheese. When I looked, there were no extras on my sandwich and the roll was so bad it was breaking apart in my hands,This is a real old roll. A week easy. I used to own a restaurant. I complained and they said ok, we’ll make it over. They were real good about it. They didn’t even ask for the old one. I’m on the road now. The second sandwich was as bad as the first. I flushed it down the toilet when I got home.
