I never had such a bad burrito before. The rice was uncooked and had to struggle to find meat in it. I have been going there regularly but these issues didn’t change. It got worst and worst so I decided I will never go there again.

My cousin got me a regular beef burrito. I recommended that he never go back. Can you believe the rice was not cooked? They were sticking to our teeth like al dente pasta. Also, Im sorry, but I like my beef burrito with beef. I mean damn , where's the meat? Anyway that is subjective, but I don't really think its worth $12+. My cousin regrets going there for convenience. Only redeeming quality was that it tasted ok-- but not enough to make us go back.

Ok, I have to agree with the other reviews. Some of the best food from a food truck. We ordered a carnitas regular burrito, fish super burrito and steak fries. Steak fries had a good amount of steak and the fries were not soggy. Surprisingly both burritos had a good amount of meat and fish. The only difference between a regular and super is that the super has guac. The service was quick. We didn't eat at their patio, we took our food to go. But their seating area was nice for an outdoor space. Definitely going back again.

The fish taco was perfect and better than expected. The fish was well prepared and different from most. From a food truck this came not far away. I can see by other reviews I should stop and did. I will not hesitate to try other things
Horrible service rude we were the only customers and told as leaving the table that we had to bus our own plates no signs and no place to dispose. Owner said he didn’t have the staff however he had time to come out the truck and chase us down. What a joke!

Whenever there's a taco truck, I'm always a little worried it won't be where the map shows, but Emiliano's tacos are always in the same parking lot and there's even a covered picnic table area to enjoy your tacos there. My husband and I each got a quesabirria and they were delicious. Hot, filled with meat and cheese, and crispy on the outside. We hope to be back soon!
