They did kot have enough teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken

I ordered a family feast meal for a bday party. I remembered to get a vegetarian dish eggplant tofu and a vegetarian showed up and ate it. That was closer. I like the green bean dish and the spicy pineapple dish. Kids love orange chicken and noodles

Tables and floor super dirty when we went but it was really busy. The staff was super cool. And even though it was busy we got our food quickly, plus it was super fresh

I mean... it's Panda Express ??♂️ it should be the baseline for Chinese food in that you should never eat anything worse and preferably something better.

No complaints about this Panda Express location. Service is always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is kept clean and the bathrooms work. There's an older Asian guy who wears a different colored shirt who I assume is a manager(?) and he's always such a nice guy. The food is always fresh and there are lots of options unless you come ~30 minutes before closing.
This place has changed. I've been going here since forever but today it is very noticeable that the servings are a lot less than they used to be. I sat where I can see them scoop food onto bowls and boxes and confirmed that it wasn't just my bowl that had less food than I'm used to getting. I'm going to Chef's next time.

The server I got today was skimping on the chicken. Thanks for the sample serving. You can even see the noodles underneath and I haven't taken a bite yet. GEEZ!

I would drive from Richmond to visit this location. Richmond and Pinole are closer but they were skimpy with the food. Now this location has become skimpy. The large boxes are smaller. The food is still good. Don't go within an hour of closing. They stop making food so you can only choose what' s left.

I ordered a bowl with black pepper steak and tofu eggplant, no rice or noodles. The serving employee asked her boss how she can proceed with the order because I didn't want rice or noodles and he told her to charge me for it as a plate order. I agreed, however I don't know why, she put less food into my bowl than the bowl she already prepared for my friend. While she was assembling my bowl she was grabbing food from the container and shaking food off the serving spoon, so I would not get too much. Not sure if she was scared of her boss who was standing over her shoulder or this is part of serving procedures. So I paid for a plate which means I paid more for the price a bowl and got less food. This was at Panda Express, 5020 El Cerrito Plaza #e-2, El Cerrito, CA 94530

Have eaten here several times over the years, very tasty food. Was there last week, an older asian gentle man was the server. He coughed into his hand, had no gloves on, and asked me what I wanted. My appetite was ruined after that so I just left without purchasing anything.
