Sometimes I just get a yearning for the days of my childhood in the hood and I got to go to the Home of the recession-proof chili dog.This spot, still stands for the working person, with their specials, and old school heart stopping, artery-clogging goodies. Once in a while you just gotta do it. So when you to get the deluxe chili cheese. YOLO or FOMO or whatever the kids say these days. Lol.But to keep it real, order their jumbo Chicago dog with a side of fries and a diet Coke and you'll be in and out like a ninja for under $20.

The Oreo shake had peanuts in it and my kid drank some without knowing ! Why would you use peanuts in a shake without informing the customer !

No..... Just no. Been a while since we had Wienerschnitzel as those in our area are gone now, but husband was in that area and so picked up an order on the way home - we were really looking forward to it! Long story short - we feel really ripped off. 6 hotdogs, 3 with mustard, 3 with mayonnaise... except they said they don't have any mayo... Oh well, I can put that on at home right? 2 large orders of fries and the total came to $24.39, a little pricey for hot dogs, but everything's gone up, right? Well, he gets home with the food and we begin to unpack - first thing we notice is the fries... very, very pale and blonde, limp and oily - for $4.19 you expect better - but I can always pop them in the air fryer for a few minutes, right? Then come the dogs... Pictures speak louder than words - see for yourself! It's like someone purposely gave each of them a couple squeezes to mess them up... all six were in this shape. No fresh hot dog on a fluffy steamed roll, only old tasting skinny hot dogs with room temp buns that had been compressed to the point of a gummy, Play-Doh sort of texture. But hey! We can just slap on some condiments and run them through the micro for a minute or two, right? WRONG!! Nearly 25 bucks, not one item served was good - NOT ONE - and that's where I hit my limit. At that price point, to be served trash like this (and that's where most of it ended up, in the trash) is adding insult to injury, and finally pushed me to the breaking point. We will certainly never purchase from here again! 2 stars for the nice gal at the counter who was friendly, negative 5 stars for food quality and cost - avoid this joint, get yourself some Ballpark franks and cook your own... you'll be glad you did.
