We had the pleasure of visiting 36 Handles in El Dorado Hills on St. Patrick's Day, and despite the bustling crowd and live band, the staff handled everything with remarkable efficiency. Despite the lack of reservations and our large party of 10, they managed to find us a table without much delay. Our luncheon group of 34 ovewhelmed the small staff (2servers) they had working, but they plugged along and got everyone fed. The value of the lunch pick 2 for $15 was very good. Half of several sandwiches plus fries or (soup +$1) or such. Beef Barley was great. Delicious $18 Cottage pie. Saw the Ruben which I have had before and enjoyed. Spouse like her Caprese sandwich . What a wonderful pub. Their food was spot on for what you would hope to get. The seasoning was on point, maybe a little too much salt on the onion rings but its bar food, it's supposed to make you want to drink more beer. Their fish tacos as very tasty as well. Their fries are definitely good and a great partner of a nice cold brew.
