Doordashed from this location around 6 times in the last two months and 5 of them had something missing. It just happened again which led me to make this review. I'm sick of making an order and constantly having to get a refund because incompetent employees. The fact that these people will soon be getting paid 20+ an hour to mess up my order astounds me.

Bruhhhhhhh it's all about the tacos!!!!!!! ALL ABOUT THE TACOS. I don't know if it's real meat but it tastes better than the finest asada!!!! That totally looks like the cheese that's individually wrapped in plastic that you get on food stamps BUT it goes perfectly with the pseudo meat!!!! The shell is always crunchy yet perfectly soft at the same time. Always just a couple shards of what looks like lettuce but who wants a salad when you're starving? Not me!!!!!! And the grease or oil they cooked it in???? Ummmmm YUMMMMMMMM. It's like the original oil that just gets better over the years!!!!!!! And STILL only $1.70 for TWO TACOS!!!!!! (Yes I remember when they were 2 for .99!!!!!). Perfect to feed yourself anytime of the day, hungover at 3am or to nourish your family. THANK YOU JNTB TACOS!!!!

If you’re going to close over an hour early, and SMOKE MARIJUANA IN THE FLIPPING RESTAURANT… at least turn the stupid app off so I can’t order food and drive there. She refused to even open the door to answer me, then I smelled the weed… makes more sense now… And the lady is sitting there eating while telling me they can’t make food? On the clock, eating, sitting there with 2 other people turning away customers. And she says “you can just refund your order”… ah, where? I’ll have to go to the damn store again tomorrow and get my $25 refunded and waist more time. It’s not hard, the stoners at Taco Bell turn off the online orders when they blaze up and close early! Why can’t you have the common decency to at least turn off online orders when you decide to get stoned and close early.

Took way too long for our order and was not given a receipt got back home only to find out they got our order wrong. We went back right away and they refused to fix our order without a receipt even though it was the same woman that just helped us not 20 minutes ago and slammed the window in our face. Never coming here

Who wants a taco without taco sauce?!I have a soft spot for Jack due to their tacos. For this location, make sure to check your order for condiments.

This place has gone downhill. My last two orders have been horribly incorrect. I had missing items from a previous order which I thought was a one time mistake. This time the meat from my hamburger is missing. There’s only lettuce, tomato, and a piece of onion but no meat. Total waste of money.

This Jack in the Box had a nice location, and that ends the positives about this place. Got ripped off here once too many times. We pay a whole lot for their onion rings now, for example, and is it too much to expect they give you a decent amount? Half-filled containers. Done with this place.

Never ever go here on a lunch hour... The staff are not friendly and they only have one staffer working the lunch hour shift. Took 35 minutes to get my food and to add insult to injury the food wasn't even hot. It was cold and the fries were soggy. Stay away from here. Go down a little further to McDonald's. They're better and won't keep you waiting for old cold food.
The spicy chicken sandwich is very good, but for $9 it is very overpriced. I guess the convenience of having it immediately adds to the value.
