Other than yummy sourdough sandwiches, the service and the staff here are excellent! We've been ordering from here for the past two years and our orders were always ready on time. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Me and 2 buddies had lunch here yesterday. We each ordered a different type of sandwich. I ordered the French dip. It was unbelievably tender and delicious.All of the employees involved with making sandwiches, cleaning and ringing us up, were outstanding and very involved with the entire process. The ice machine stopped working at one point, and employee immediately solved the issue. We were even given a complimentary cookie...it had been slightly warmed up and it was AMAZING!They earned a spot in my favorite places to eat.

Thanks James for your input, but I actually have never been employed with Sourdough & Co. As woman well into her 40's, I work in the Department of Technology with the State of California. It is clear that since you are not allowed to remove reviews on yelp, and since your franchise does not take criticism very well regarding service and staff, that you have resorted to out right denial and false accusations. The unprofessionalism is reflected in your staff. Thank you for the reply.

I love this place. I couldn't figure out why the one up the hill on Francisco wasn't as good. Turns out they are different companies. This place Sourdough & Co. Has the best sandwiches and service by far!

The food is okay, but very expensive so e for a sandwich. Not all that full of meat, and they charge for sauces which I thought was not fair. I asked to not have their normal dressing and instead BBQ sauce, and they charged me $0.75. that made me mad, I will not return. The sandwich was good, but as noted not all that full of ingredients. The bread is good. The service was very good at this location and the restaurant is nice.

Not great. this sandwich was loaded with mustard. While I asked for mustard, I didn't ask for it to be overloaded. first and last time to get food here.
The sandwiches are so good and we love their sourdough. The store in Auburn is where to go for good service and friendly employees.

This was my first time eating at any Sourdough and Co restaurant chain. I ordered a bowl of fire-roasted vegetable soup and a large Italian salad for pickup. They were all out of the veggie soup, so they substituted it for broccoli cheddar (aye-okay with me). The salad was big, fresh and filling, but the 'bowl' of soup was really small. I thought they mistakenly gave me a cup of soup, but confirmed it was in fact a bowl. After taking a few sips and finishing the bowl, I was disappointingly still hungry. I'm not knocking this particular location, since the soup was actually hot and delicious. This is more of a comment for the corporate office...if you're going to charge someone $8.49 (not including tax and tip), for a 'bowl' of soup, at least make it big enough to satisfy the appetite of a normal-sized adult. Next time I'm just going to stick with the salad.

Decided to order sandwiches to cater for a party we were having from here. Robin was fantastic. Placing the order was so simple and streamlined. We ordered 40x 4 inch sandwiches and chose 4 different types. They were ready and labeled for pickup in a timely manner. Every sandwich was delicious and they were a big hit for the party! The service was fantastic, timely and organized. They even threw in two boxes of cookies for us. I will be ordering from them again for future parties. Also the location is great if u hit up folsom lake, they are right by a trailhead for hiking and one exit down from the marina. East to grab sandwiches for a hike and picnic. 5 stars!!!
