Unprofessional kids working in this establishment. Sat down to eat a meal and the kid comes dusting/mopping right in front of your table. There were still 30min before closing time. After requesting that he come back to clean in 5 min, kid completely ignores the request. Tells another customer who was waiting on her partner to get up from a table so he can clean. Pathetic customer service. Will not visit again.

Maybe it's the app/online ordering timer issue. Did a mobile order and after 25 minutes or so it said it was ready for pick up. Show up and it hasn't even started to be made. Then it's like I'm bothering the worker's or interrupting the line/register when I ask about my order. Does not matter how long it takes for the order, just needs to be accurate when its ready for pick up.

Just mobile ordered the bogo footlong deal because it’s such a great deal and I have had it at other locations and it’s amazing, but the sandwiches barely had anything on them at this location. I just Think if you’re paying $12 for a sandwich it should at least have enough ingredients for half the sandwich at minimum. It wasn’t worth the money, was soggy and I asked for it toasted it was not… just so many issues. Would not recommend.

Ordered two foot long using the app at 10AM, the app said the order is ready to pickup at 10:20. I mean the app status said the order is READY to pickup. Went to the store at 10:30 and realized the two ladies didn't even make the sandwich yet and said the order is ready. Waited another 15min since there are other ppl trying to pickup the sandwich. If you are not ready to pickup why you state is ready l? Obvious is not ready.Never coming back again for sure

The printed sign on the store door indicated it would close at 5:00 PM for the 4th of July holiday.However, the sign was later altered in handwriting to indicate an unexpected closure two hours earlier.An email notice of cancellation was too late and NOT sent until after I had already arrived at the store.My order # 58C80ASF-72 was NOT fulfilled.
In a pinch, I ordered 10 wraps yesterday. I don't know who made the spicy Italian ones I ordered but they were DAMN good. Our boat buddies were shocked the wraps were from Subway and said they would be ordering from there again. Kudos to the wrap connoisseur!!

It's a Subways Sandwich shop that deserves some positive Yelp recognition. I've dropped in several times in the past couple of months without issue. The staff has always been friendly and churns out my sandwich pretty darn quick and accurate. The quality of ingredients, pricing, and customer service keeps me coming back, They're located on Park Drive, in El Dorado Hills, in the shopping center with the Raleys One grocery store. There's plenty of parking. They have a dining area that's kept pretty clean. My favorite go to sandwich is the Italian BMT. It has salami, pepperoni, ham, and fixings. The fixings are included in the price. You can choose to add all of them or none at all. The bread is fresh baked daily on site and kept in warmers. I luv the bread. Of all the sandwich franchises, Subways bread is my favorite.

Ordered a Mexicali sandwich for $15 that was supposed to have 2x the cheese and avocado slices. There's was only four slices of cheese and the avocado was brown and barely covered half the Sandwich. Why would I ever come here again when I could go to sourdough or beachut deli and pay the same price for a far superior sandwich.
