It was bad from when we walked in, there was no one to be seen anywhere and when a "sandwich artist" did finally show up there was no hello just a cold what do you want. She started tapping her fingers as if I was interrupting her day and rang me up before taking my husband's order. The other worker came out and started making his sandwich while coughing...sandwiches were the worst we've ever had at this location (very little ingredients/missing ingredients) At check out we got, no thank you,no have a nice day, they just started talking to eachother. This was the worst experience I have had at this location and I'm sorry to the franchise owner but I will not be returning. You should really reevaluate your staff. I hope I hear back from an owner or the corporate office because it is not a good look.

I ordered from the SUBWAY® app and knowing they barely put any meat on their sandwiches I asked for extra lettuce, spinach, olives, pickles and onions, but didn't receive any extra's of anything And they didn't even make it on the correct roll. I actually had trouble locating any meat on the sandwich and it should have had 4 (Bacon, Ham, Salami and PepperonI). Also, they NEVER have any Chips....the employees said the MANAGER won't order any or "Forgets" to. Either way I don't recommend the Francisco location next to Safeway In El Dorado Hills. Next time I feel like a sandwich, I'll go to Safeway.

Hey subway! My brother and I showed at at 8:27pm tonight Friday May 5th and your two employees were playing inside with the door locked and when the girl unlocked the door told us they were closed. Either fix your hours because they clearly say 8am-9pm or keep an eye on your kids that were locking each other in the walk in instead of working.

T Been a resident of EDH for over 30 years. My wife stopped to take home lunch for us. The owner waited on my wife. My wife ordered a sandwich that came with cheese. My wife has an allergy to cheese and asked the owner to place her sandwich cheese on my sandwich. The owner refused the request. Although the cheese was paid for as part of the sandwich, the owner refused to move the cheese to my sandwich. If we ordered extra cheese, I am sure we would have have been charged. Why the owner did Not provide all parts of our sandwich we paid for is unacceptable. He did not even offer to refuse the price. We certainly will share our negative experiences with other long term residents. The new sourdough bread shop will get out business. Thanks Tony D 916-752-2549.

I walked in to grab some food and there was one girl sitting on her phone, didn't say anything to me, the other girl came out. She had to ask the other girl to help with the 2 sandwich order, lol. Asked for cheese it took the girls about 35 seconds the pull apart each cheese slice because they were stoned The place was filthy, employees are stoned, don't know their left from their right. I mean if you get high during work at least do the job and don't get the sauces mixed up

Ordered on Uber eats for pick up. They served me STALE BREAD. The ends of the sandwich was rock hard, barely any lettuce. Tasted like it had been sitting out since 1892. It was completely inedible and I had to throw it out.
