Made an online order(me and my wife eat there often(3 times a week) .....the lady didn't even show up tell 10:10 am And then told me ,to my face, that we don't open tell 10 am.....never going back to this togos again.....suggest it should be shut

Bread-which. Very disappointing. Ordered the number nine Pastrami. Even after taking the middle out of one half of the sandwich and placing in the other half, it was still a bit sparse. Owners are probably cutting costs by instructing staff to chintz on the meat.

Definitely under new management, food was so good, sandwiches were stuffed, friendly staff, all around great environment!!! Definitely 5 stars if I could do 10 I would!!!

I went out of my way to get a Togo sandwich here. There were no customers and 3 staff members who took their time to perform menial tasks and chatting with each other. Twice I was told by different staff members “we will be right with you” but nothing happened and I left. On to Cameron Park Togo’

This Togos is hands down the best Togos, I've ever delivered and ate for ! As a Dasher, I feel so safe and welcomed and the new employee Kris is amazing and made me the best Sammie, I've ever had ! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Worst sandwich I've had in awhile. No selection of bread available, basically only Dutch Crunch. Yeah, It tasted like old bread... dry and crumbling. Unfortunately it was a takeout order, so it was too much hassle to return. I won't be returning anytime soon...

Just bought paid $15 with tip for a large turkey avocado sandwich. They were out of the bread I wanted, so I got the dutch crunch. When I got home and bit into it, it was terrible and kind of seemed stale. Nevertheless, the sandwich went into the garbage. Probably will never go there again, very disappointed with the quality of the sandwich.
Ok I like togos!! They usually make a good sandwich. Especially with the portions. Well tonight was an exception and had to complain because the sandwich had barely any meat on it and asked for extra mayo too which I didn't get. But here's where it gets bad. The person who made the sandwich did argue with me that she put extra mayo in the meat portion was standardized, but if that's the case I would never come back again for a sandwich if the meat portion was that small. The reason I go to Togos is because they usually make a huge sandwich and they've been great in the past. No I'm sorry can I make another or refund. Just a teenager with an attitude that knows it all!! Highly disrespectful and disappointed I won't be going back for a whileAnd I just got out of the hospital and really wanted a good sandwich!

Both our sandwiches looked like this . Smashed together and falling out of the bun. We asked for salt and pepper but didn't go them. This sandwich as nd the other one were a total mess . We won't be going back.

Sent in an order for a meatball with all the veggies. When I got back to work and opened my lunch up I had plain old meatballs and cheese no veggies. Receipt even says add all veggies.
