I’ll never understand why they hire workers with poor customer service skills who cannot control their attitude when it comes to customers ordering , my boyfriend and his mother had went to this Carl’s Jr which is 5 mins away from our house, and what was ordered were 2 shakes ( 1 oreo, 1 vanilla) , 12 chicken stars (which I firmly believe the lady was petty and served undercooked stars or leftover stars) , fries, and a chocolate cake. + & also asked for sauces prior to coming up to the window. (So the service was already starting off bad and my boyfriend was in good intentions and mood firstly.) My boyfriend was very specific about the sauces.When it was time to drive up for their order, my boyfriend asked for the sauces (The female employee very much acknowledged the sauces that were told to her because she repeated “we don’t have sweet and sour sauce”) I’ve worked in several restaurants and I know damn well there is sauces, if not then this restaurant is bad at restocking or lazy to do it but I know sauces should always be restocked & given out. Either ways restaurants only give one sauce out so how the hell can they run out apparently depending on this employees mood?, I didn’t expect this one Carls Jr that is so close to where we live , literally 5 minutes away to be so low with poor quality, along with this one lady employee named Rodriguez whom is the lady who I am addressing(name on receipt which I assume is her name) on top of everything this lady had mistakenly charged one of the shakes as a chocolate instead of vanilla when in reality it was a ”chocolate cake” that was ordered. Which is understandable, chocolate cake and chocolate shake sound very similar I can’t argue with that. Mistakes tend to happen and most importantly can be successfully fixed with easy great service but when my boyfriend checked the receipt, & he told her about the mistake she had done this lady took it upon herself very negatively & immaturely when it was HER mistake and proceeded to say“ we don’t do chocolate cakes here maybe at other locations but not here” then rolled her eyes and SHUT the window and left my boyfriend confused outside the window in the car along with his mother. A minute later a bag was given to her and what are the odds, a chocolate cake appears and she handed it with no apology at least.1. I know that was a lie in the first place when she said there was no chocolate cake2. 2. She is too damn old to be petty, not everyone wants to be miserable like her3. 3. Every Carl’s Jr has chocolate cakes, I can understand if the restaurant ran out but to say you completely don’t sell chocolate cakes is ridiculous. This employee is sabotaging sales for the company and not a good fit. Who knows how many times she told other customers that Carls Jr does not sell an item from the menu.4. She did not provide straws for two shakes how am I supposed to drink my shake along with my boyfriend along with any of the sauces or a spoon or fork for the chocolate cake and undercooked ⭐️ ‘s5. If you work in a restaurant and are having personal issues then maybe you shouldn’t work in a fast food place and treat people like they’re stupid.I don’t play when it comes to my family being mistreated when it comes to ordering food. No one deserves to be treated disgracefully.Please reconsider who you hire and if this keeps happening trust me, another person will take it to another level If you mess with someone’s family like that and it won’t be me because I won’t ever reconsider coming back here or my family.
