The friendly team here keeps this place top tier. The decor in here is wonderful and well thought out. The staff here is very welcoming and the owner is here too so he definitely makes sure what you get here is quality and on point. Perfect spot for meetings or some space away from home to get some work/study done.

This little gem surprised me. Everything on the menu is so good! My fav is the Cilantro Lime Shrimp wrap and the Mango Mojito and the Thai tea is *chef's kiss*. I love that I can place an order before they open and just go pick up. It's so convenient because I go on my lunch break lol. Definitely worth it!

The horchata frappe is so yummy. I had the carnitas wang. It was good but so many different things happening in the dish. The mushrooms and egg through me off a bit. Will come again to try their other stuff.

The food is so good, I always forget to take a picture of it. Employees are nice, never had a problem. Restaurant is always clean and themed. My go-to items are the beef wang and poke nachos. Thier chicken is juicy and well seasoned, too. Honestly, you can go wrong here. Everything is good. Love the Cha sauce

Solid cafe - Good food, friendly service, clean interior. Cafe was decorated for Christmas and they were playing Home Alone on the tv too! +1 for holiday spirit.

I have been coming to Cha Cafe and love the food which is why I decided to order family size portions to share with people who haven't had their food before. I asked for the cha sauce on the side for the beef wangs so that people can put according to their liking and was given 6 small sauces for my 2 beef Wang family size orders plus 2 additional orders of beef Wang. I was told there wasn't anymore sauce available and they had given me what they had. I asked if they had put the sauce on the inside since they didn't have enough containers, and the woman said yes since I knew it wasn't enough sauce. I checked when I went to my car and they did not. I've never felt more uncomfortable going back to ask for them to add some on top. When I spoke to the woman who gave us our order, I was met with an attitude I didn't expect after placing a larger order. She grabbed our containers and told the staff to put sauce on our trays and didn't close it properly. I like the food but I probably won't be coming back because of the service and rude experience I had. We usually have a good experience here, so maybe it was an off day for the staff but had to be honest about our customer experience.
Cha cafe is so good its like my fave restaurant the cha sauce is literally to die for, it's so simple but I love it

First time coming here but my boyfriend used to come here 10 years ago and said it clapped. He misses the tacos and they don't have them anymore. He had a photo of them to prove it to me. Nothing blew our minds on the food. The girls who were at the counter were helpful. The area is clean except the door on the restroom was dirty, which is an easy fix. 7/10 shrimp skewers. It's 9 pieces of grilled shrimp with rice and salad for $16.48 plus tax. Flavor profile is teriyaki. 7/10 Poke nachos. There wasn't a lot of fish but at least it was fresh. The ratio to the red onion was more than anything. Wonton chips tasted good. 7/10 Chalote cornribs. 8 ribs with an elote flavor profile for $8.48. Not sure if I would come back to pay over a dollar each for a finger length of a "corn rib" 6/10 kalbi beef plate. 3 skewers of 3 pieces of kalbi each. The meat was great and very tender however the rice was mushy sadly so I didn't eat much of it. I'm not trying to spend an extra dollar to get ALL salad either.
