Do not go here. Waste of money and time.

To play games is just okay. Rates were fine, the host speaks little english, and the setups were not clean. The lower end pcs have a bit of frame stutter but have not tried the higher end versions yet- struggled to play some Valorant on the lower rates, something to consider if you are wary of how much you want to spend.

Me and my girlfriend came here because the usual spot we go to was close for Father's day. When I came in, they didn't even teach me how to turn on the computer, let alone properly give me my login info. Took almost 10 minutes to login. Once I logged in, we tried to download the game we wanted to play, and the internet is SOOOOOO SLOOOOOOW! I asked the 2 people in the front desk and they just advised me to try to download on another computer. This place has terrible customer service and the girl and guy behind the front desk are too busy playing games instead of trying to help us change the language on their computers to english!

I called to inquire about the price per hour and what the specs were for the pcs and monitors there. The worker couldn't give me any information besides the price RANGE per hour! I asked what makes the price different per hour and the guy couldn't answer the question. Couldn't tell me what graphics card was used, couldn't tell me the monitor size or fps, couldn't tell me what games I could play. After I asked him what graphics card was installed, he ended the call by yelling at me "what game do you want to play?" I could hear him pushing buttons on the keyboard as he was playing a game. He couldn't even pause the game to have a decent conversation with a new customer wanting to give money to this establishment. I ended up going elsewhere to play. They need to hire workers who actually get paid to work, not play games and turn away paying customers. This place won't last if they don't hire better quality workers...

Worst Lan Center I’ve been to. Everything is extremely dirty. Keyboards and mouses look like they never been cleaned or sanitized. Guy working reception just played video games instead of helping us out. Just go to another place.

I would give negative stars if I could. The guy at the front counter ignored my party of three (plenty of pcs available) and shushed us (literal "SHHH") when we tried to get his attention. He continued to play tft and talk on the phone instead of helping. The bathroom is also disgusting. Don't go.

Definitely not the place to go for a week pc bang, the customer service was just non existent, with the person at the front not doing his job on the phone plus playing games not putting any care in servicing the people right in front of him

I came just to see if I'd be good enough to play Overwatch with my little brother. I am a Symmetra main -- the most looked down upon player type in all of Overwatch, while my little brother boasts master Genji gameplays all of 626 can be envious about. To test whether we were a match, I drove out to Espot Gaming Lab.

I wish leave a negative rate, front desk said they have the games installed that I want to play but when I go there and pay $10 member fee and $10 recharge. The game doesn't work can not play. And they are not refund me money! Plus when I ask front desk for help multiple times he even bothered to stand up and come for help

First of all, awful customer service. Overall just rude, care-free, and unhelpful. They require you to sign up for an account (a login for their PCs) and charge $10 for a regular, $20 for VIP. It's $4/hr and $5/$6 for any higher pcs.Pros:*atmosphere alone is pretty nice, disregarding the obnoxious players*not super crowded *no bad odors as mentioned in other reviews (from my 1-day experience)Cons:*lack of customer management (there were a couple of individuals who were extremely obnoxious, had no respect for others)*lack of personal space, not a huge issue though*unsanitary bathroom, unable to flush toilet*the keyboard/mouse tends to feel greasy or just uncleaned*lack of newer games on Steam, would be inconvenient to have to ask to download something*connection wasn't very great, lag spikes were commonI don't think I'll be coming back here willingly.

Nice location to game and the computers had no frame drop. Will be going back pretty soon.

Clean space, great selections of games, and an amazing friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pc bang.

Great place for a great alone time. They have snacks, gaming computers, VR sets, you can watch esports tournaments. All games are in the computers. You need to use your own steam account. Or "borrow" one of their guest accounts. Staff can be a little poker face ish don't take it wrong. That's just how they look. Lots of parking. Great night getaway
