I came to eat at pollo loco after the gym. I got a 2 PC meal all thighs with broccoli and loco salad and my woman got a double avocado salad. I love coming in the morning because I see the original employees that helped open El Pollo Loco. I was one of them. Salmon always cooks his chicken on point. It's juicy in the inside and on the outside nice and crunchy on the skin. Brenda always with a big smile. Martha is always fast on her line. I got to give to Rosie as well. She has held Pollo Loco for years. I miss the people I started with. They all great employees. I always come back and show the love to them.

This pollo loco is the closest one to where we are currently staying about 10 minutes away on freeway. I bought food for my husband, was late about 9pm. By the time I got it home and he ate it, it was still hot and fresh. He stated it was the best pollo loco he has ever eaten. Everything stayed real hot and fresh, including the tortillas. Kudos to this location.

Drive-through worker and manager were very rude. Prices on food were not updated on the drive through menu. Gave me different prices than what's listed on the menu board.

I’m trying not to be a Karen, but I hoped a Karen would come in and yell at them because all they had to serve was attitude. I came in and they told me that they were only doing drive thur which I thought they could have their reasoning for. I went to drive thur and got my order but they got it wrong and forgot a lot of things. When I went in to tell them about my order, now all the sudden they could serve people inside and on top of that she still got my order wrong and every worker including the manager had an attitude. They need to be retrained.

I wonder why their rating is 1.5 stars. I had the most crap experience, the drive thru girl thought it was cute to whisper on the drive thru speaker. She takes my order and I know that I said a LARGE drink she gives me a regular drink. I hate going to fast food places and the number one thing they forget is the drink so of course I'm going to say something as one would. I kindly tell the girl (whom I recognize from previous visits) " I'm sorry I ordered a large drink" and she stared at me hesitating and with the most annoyed look ever , throws her hands up like I'm the worst customer with the crappiest attitude she's ever encountered in her life and says " yeah I'll just get you another one" and rolls her eyes and slams the drive thru window. And god forbid she thinks I'm fishing for a free drink .She could have handed me a receipt first so I could've saw if it was just a misunderstanding on either part. That girls gotta go she has a serious attitude problem. I've worked at el Pollo loco before and there's definitely the worst customers that go there but seriously girl? It's like some manners were never taught to her. You're having a bad day? Damn so am I but I'm not raising my voice and giving you attitude geez.. and of course after all this she slams the little window.

This location stole from me. I called to cancel an online order and I never received a refund. I called the store and the worker would not help me. I contacted their customer service and I have not heard back. $30 was my total. I received no food and no refund - how can they do this ?

If you have good ethic workers you'll get good food, one of the things I love when going through drive-thru is when they repeat my condiments "4 salsas, 3 creamy cilantros how you requested" it is that key that leaves assured about the rest and not asking for more, and if I do ask for more have that good attitude rain or shine
