The Salvadoran popusa is very delicious, 100% Salvadoran. We are from Oaxaca but we really like this restaurant. The people are very friendly. Everything is very good.

I found this pupuseria on Google maps. I read the reviews and several people complain about the waiting time; I decided to order and yes it is true that they take time. Only 1 cook, the cashier and a man I think is the owner. The third time I placed an order over the phone, they told me 45 minutes, I arrived to pick up and they told me that the order was not ready, I waited another 30 minutes but noticed when I arrived that the cook had several pupusas already ready right on the metal near the griddle. . When I got up to ask because it was already more than 1 hour and 15 minutes I saw that they started to eat those pupusas that had been there all that time. I told them that because they had made me wait if the pupusas were ready, the only thing missing was some eggs rancheros that I had ordered, but having the pupusas near the grill plus the air that ventilates the pupusas turned too golden and when reheated they hardened and the cook answered saying that logically they would harden if they were overheated. But that wouldn't happen if they had wrapped them freshly without being exposed to heat and air. I don't need to be a chef to know this. Her attitude gives a lot to talk about. First of all, he didn't hear that I told him that what I was doing to him was an observation and he still became defiant and responded by contradicting what I was saying. And the man (owner) didn't even come forward to apologize. The photos above are of the pupusas 10 minutes later than when I picked them up. It made me want to go back and leave them for them to see.Even though the first 2 times I had ordered I decided to accept the long wait, I will not be returning. It's not worth the time, much less paying for pupusas cooked this way.

We arrived at the restaurant and ordered some seafood, the waitress came back and told us that they didn't have seafood. I tell him okay, let's order something else. Then he comes back and tells us that they always have seafood but that Ivan would bring it, if we wanted it. I told him well that's fine. We waited more than an hour for the seafood platters. Then after an hour he comes back and tells us that he's sorry but they don't always have seafood. What if we wanted to order something different. I tell him that I don't realize that we are doing better. That has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant, I will never go back.

I ordered the frijole y queso pupusas, it was good I got full with only one. I took the other home. The lady working there was really sweet! The only thing is they take a while to give me the food but I can’t blame them they are so busy and short staffed.

I went looking for pata soup, they call it tripe, but it was practically pozole without corn, quite thin, nothing of substance, nothing to do with Salvadoran pata soup.

Sorry but I would like to always give good reviews…. The pupusas are bad, the curtido already tasted a little sour, it was no longer useful, the service was very friendly but what counts is the food,

Good food, but you need to wait a bit as it's made fresh. The price seems fair. The service was neither good nor bad, just average. The atmosphere was a bit out dated. I recommend the pupusas. They are huge. I ordered 3 thinking they were a regular size and only ate 1 and a half. Love the curtido (Salvadoran Cole slaw.) that goes with the pupusas.

It has 4/5 stars thought that’s enough to consider it good. Didn’t read the reviews.. my mistake. The “Ensalada de Fruta” was unrecognizable “nada Que ver”, the pupusas were large but empty just flour for the most part.. they weren’t good just wasn’t hitting the spot. The cortido was super dry.. bees and flies kept flying around since there’s no AC they leave the door open. They took a long time to get the food out… the lady upfront is nice tho however Overall wouldn’t come back.
