I have enjoyed Flames for many years especially their breakfast. Unfortunately they have closed down as of July 24 2021. I wish the employees good luck in the future. Sad to see another restaurant lost.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my order today. My food was ok except I had specifically asked for thousand island and ranch and it was not included. I noticed this when I got home and was highly disappointed. The girl wrote this down when I placed my order. I ordered this because I don't have it in my home and I am a person that most definitely NEED sauce. Sauce is life for me and not having changes the dynamic of my meal. It's lil things like this that makes me not come back to an establishment because I like my orders to be correct especially since I'm a paying customer

Food is tasty and fresh, but the service is terrible. They're understaffed, which I understand adds to the stress, but they've also been rude and dismissive with a bad attitude. Not to mention, every time I've gone in person or ordered through a delivery service, something is always missing. Very frustrating and upsetting because the food is actually decent.

The fries are way to crispy. The meat patties are small but the buns are good. I don't recommend their fries because they are to well done.

I tried it for the first time and tried the bacon double bacon cheeseburger cause i read on here before the beef patties are thin, it was delicious ! The chili cheese fries are very good too. The only things negative were that the drive through order sign was off at night, it was dark. Had to drive up to the window. The window cashier lady looked and seemed miserable. Not welcoming or friendly at all, she looked mad,not even a smile. I miss the good ole days when people were very friendly and were professional especially in fast food places like this. It's also a bit pricey. Hopefully this will change there. I wouldn't mind going back once in awhile.

Burgers are 8/10 taste. Fries are well salted. Good overall
