LUNCH RUSH NO ONE MANNING THE REGISTERS, MANAGER WAS CALLED OVER BY CUSTOMER HE WAS UPSET AND SHORT DIRECTING PEOPLE TO SELF CHECKOUT. HE THEN IN HARSH TONE TOLD 9/10YR OLD ORDERING TO USE SELF CHECK OUT WHILE GRANDFATHER WATCHED, I WAS 1ST TOLD TO WAIT IF I DONT USE SELF CHECK OUT I EXPLAINED I HAD WAITED, THIS WAS MY 1/2 HR LUNCH BREAK. THE SAME MANAGER DID GIVE ME MY FOOD QUICKLY.

There's not much I can keep saying that's positive about McDonalds. They are convenient.? Thats all really. Orders from the app keep coming out wrong. Curbside as an option gets canceled even when it IS available, and you have to wait in the drive thru or go inside.. That defeats the purpose. No ketchup, EVER, even when you add it to the app. Missing items and having to go inside because they drop the food and disappear.. Seriously.!! At what point does it become theft because nothing ever gets resolved..

Just asked the cup of hot water for my medicine ,they tried the charge for a coffee price what a shame ,manager Emily has to get fired !

Drive thru was a bad experience, order big Mac ask to remove couple of items for burger, I let them know twice and I still after I check my bag my burger only had the items I request to remove and had no meat in it, I mean it's funny but also annoying that they can mess up like that. Went inside and still made me wait to make the order right. Try another location they are plenty.

I used to love McDonald's, but the food dies notctaste the same. Even the fries taste different. I do still love their coffee.

The service here is just going downhill. The last time I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal they only gave one sauce. I couldn't even finish the nuggets cus that's just not enough sauce. I came back today and ordered a 20 piece nuggets with bbq sauce. When I drove up to the pick up window, I asked the young female worker how many bbq sauce do they give for a 20 piece she said 2-3. I made sure to ask if she can make sure to give 3 and she rudely said it'll be in the bag. Somehow I just knew they were going to mess up the order and sure enough the bag came out with ranch and sweet and sour sauce. It's really annoying to not get a simple order correctly and worse when you have to deal with a rude worker. It also clearly says 3 bbq sauce on the receipt. Do better, hire workers that are actually nice.
