Made fresh on the spot when u order. Chicken was soft and lots of flavor. Meat was tender and as well lots of flavor. Portions of food are large. Family able to eat from one plate. Side of noodles.. we ordered two plates and had enough for lunch next day. I will be going back. Only thing I can say is shopping area is hard to drive thru. Cars and pulling in and out. U need to pay attention. To people walking around.

I cannot believe how delicious this food is!!! The New Osaka needs to open one of these restaurants in Monterey Park!!! I LOVE this place!!! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING on the phone and in person! The chicken teriyaki plate with white rice and veggies is THE BEST! YOU MUST TRY IT!

This place is amazing. They cook the food to order. I always call ahead to order because perfection takes time. This is not a place you go to when you're in rush. I recommend upgrading to the noodles they're so worth it. They're never cheap with the meat portion and the vegetables are always fresh and tasty. The sauce is not your typical overly sweet syrupy teriyaki it a bit more authentic. And I love that they use chicken thighs so it's never dry!

With Sarku closed down at the mall, I was on a mission to find something similar. I tried many places that serve teriyaki chicken and rice, but they all tasted like how we would make it at home: grill a piece of chicken, slice it up, top it with teriyaki sauce. This place does it like the mall. Chicken in small bite size pieces. Grilled on a hot plate until it has that certain crispy crunch to it. The veggies were steamed just about right, still crunchy but not raw with a bitter taste. I can only speak for their teriyaki chicken. If you're looking for mall chicken and rice, give them a try. Make sure to ask for teriyaki sauce on your chicken if you like it that way.

I adore this place! They offer marvelous food, they have a nice menu, The cook in that place is very trained, I love very much trying all their dishes. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the guests is good. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

So delicious. I love this place. However, they could add on more items like egg roles and other Japanese extras to their menu. They take too long to cook up my food and once i called in to order so it would be ready when i got there but no, they had me wait 15-20 but confirmed they took my order over the phone. Hopefully they'll fix that.

Food is good when you get it, as they have messed my order up 2/3 times I have been there. I asked if they had wontons they said yes and they were 6 for 19.99. Showed up they don't know what wontons are and told me they would not let me order more food since they closed in 10 minutes.

I got the chicken bowl with vegetables and fried rice. The taste was pretty good, but I'm pretty sure either the vegetables or fried rice went bad. I had strong stomachaches (growling, pain, the works) and I went to the bathroom several times that night.I literally didn't eat anything else, so I'm 99% sure this food was the culprit. Unless you'd like (admittedly) decent flavor followed by hours of diarrhea and stomachaches, I would stay away from this place.
