Thursday12/7/23 Dinner at Quan De 7 Mon restaurant in El Monte with my cousin and friend Jimmy. Enjoying lots of my cravings: grilled shrimps, baby clams, hot pot, and fried tofu with shredded dried pork and satay green onions. It hits multiple spots in my tummy and for sure I’ll be sleeping with a big smile tonight. Had lunch here today after hearing how much my daughter enjoys coming with my father. It was great! Our 1st concern was my being able to access the restaurant due to being on the 2nd floor, as I'm wheelchair reliant. The elevator worked just fine and is right next to this spot. We were quickly greeted by a lovely woman. Her nickname is "Happy". This nickname is indeed fitting for her. Very sweet, glowing smile, and incredibly hospitable. Watching her, she was swift to keep everything tidy and ensure customers had everything they wanted right away. The entire staff was very friendly. We ordered 7 of the dishes. We enjoyed all of it. Many items to choose from. My personal favorite was the quail. It was juicy, delicate, and flavorful. All of the portions generous in size.

Food was terrible! Quán de 7 món nhưng không có 1 món dê on the menu! Are you kidding me! Unless your life is so pathetic and you come here to flirt with a couple of 40 years old women who are NOT good looking and you don't care about the food quality, don't come to this place. I don't know how this restaurant is still in business. We came by around 6pm on Sunday and we're the only one.

Food is really good! Every dish i tried has been great. Service might be a little slow sometimes but that's because they are busy. Literally My favorite place to meet up with my friends!!

They're supposed to be open at 2 pm. I was there 2 minutes before 2 pm. The door was closed. At 2:03 pm. A lady opened the door but not for me to enter. I saw that they were just cleaning and it's already 2:23 pm. I left in disappointment. They should just close their business if they treat their customers with disregard. BYE!!! NOT COMING BACK.

Great presentation but not the best food. I did not really enjoy or get the flavors out of the seafood dishes. The restaurant is also empty a lot of the times that I have walked by or sat in. I think it also depends on the day. I have had good experiences with clams and shrimps & then bad experiences on others. They do interior decorations well for ambiance. I like the environment though sometimes, as others have said, it may have slight cleanliness issues.
He clearly said to leave work at 2 o'clock, but he drove us away after 11 o'clock. Food is not fresh.

It's decent if you wanna drink some beer and make some noise. Food is just okay, not Oc Lau quality, but if you're in the area, it'll satisfy your beer thirst.

Not a professional run restaurant, staff wears tight dresses and heels, and lady staff grabs my husband's arm, and sat at the table to table. Go figure. Food is so so, dishes are dirty, tables are dirty, price is high for the food, slow food service and services in general. Smoking is allowed inside, it freaks me out. The karaoke thing is fine, loud, it's up to you. So no more coming back.

Rude and toooo loud!!! I don’t know why the people can direct sing the karaoke near me in the dining area, it’s it they don’t respect us? The volume is sooo loud and they were singing too bad. I won’t go again!
