I love that I have a Starbucks so close to home. But lately it hasn't been good. Baristas have a heavy hand with the cream/milk. My coffees have come out like a light beige. It's more milk than coffee. I know you can let them know not to put too much milk but I feel you shouldn't have to. Sadly it's not just this location. I've been to others and it's the same issue. It's as if you're ordering milk with a splash of coffee.

The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, took 10min to get 2 cars through the drive thru. Always a long wait regardless of how many cars are in line.

I've been to a good amount of Starbucks and honestly this one has to be ole reliable ambience 10/10 workers amazing with positive vibes especially Kevin and Jorge guys always are helpful and quick to serve.

I usually stop by here on the way to my mom's. I order the vanilla bean frap for my son and for me, sometimes matcha frap or caramel frap. Yes, we love our fraps lol. Every time we go, the workers are extremely nice and makes the order go smoothly. The drinks come out within minutes and we are happy campers. I was in an extra happy mood this morning, I usually tip them well..but today I decided to give them more than usual. The lady at the window was understanding when i told her "sorry" about parking so far away from the window. She gave me the drinks, plus my grilled cheese. I gave her my money and said keep the change, her face lit up. I know how every thing is super expensive now and times can get tough. My extra dollars may seem nothing to me but, to her..meant everything. Imagine if everyone tipped her every day the same way i did. She looked like a college student, so i did a good deed and that made me feel awesome. She was so happy that she waved bye to me. Those are the moments we live for- seeing everyone happy. I was extremely satisfied with my order and she smiled. Win-win!!

Ohh wow, wait 30 minutes for 4 drinks. Order from the apps and when arrived need to wait another 20 minutes. Crazy slow from this location. No promotion day, just like any Saturday 2 pm regular day. Second time here and will never go here again. I wish that I can cancel my order.

Lots of Pros and cons to this Starbucks.Make sure to only come when you got nothing else to do. Give extra time if you order from this place, seems like a lack of conversation between employees leaves customers confused and without what they’ve ordered very frequently. Leaving long lines as they correct for their mistakes.When it does go smoothly, it is a great location. Drinks are delicious, place is beautiful and the location is amazing.

It seemed like Auntie Nadine and I were at this location almost every morning while in LA. We both had to complete challenges and get our stars. I swear I don't know how Starbucks has us hooked. I get stars so that I can get the tumblers. I like to collect those.This location is a drive through or order at the window only. You can't go in which meant that I couldn't see any of their cups.The service was swift and courteous. I mostly order teas, so it's fast. We both got our orders and was on our way. There was this one homeless guy that was stoned out of his mind asking us to buy him coffee. He was there almost everyday that we were there.

Me and my girlfriend are loyal customer to this location and this worker name "Jackie" had a attitude and up charge us for blending the drink. which we didn't mind but when she handed us the drink it wasn't even blended, it was watery. We told her if she can blend it even more she gave us a face and a attitude. She gave us the worst customer service.

Luckily, I had my own cup for the Bonus 25 Stars and 10 cents discount!Located in the parking lot of Home Depot, I've passed this Starbucks many times. I guess they're popular because of their drive-through, but I usually just walk up to the window and order. I noticed that there are a few tables and chairs for outdoor dining. This time, the young man at the window was efficient and helpful. He asked if I wanted to order a larger size to fill up my tumbler, but I declined. He also offered more ice, but - nah... no need. LOL!I'm just happy that I remembered to complete the challenge. I'm now ready for a $20 off merchandise transaction! I'm looking forward to getting another tumbler!

This location is always out ingredients. Long lines and from time to time their machines are down . Annoying getting in line than having to find out they are out of an ingredient. I stoped coming to this location .
