I purchased a food item and asked to grind my Starbucks coffee beans. I was told I can hand in the drive thru but will have to pick up at the window. I asked why and her condescending response was, "cause there's a car behind you" might as well said duh as well. I drive to the window and I'm handed a drink I did not purchase. Got the correct item and left. One car behind me! Seriously?! What if I ordered 5 drinks? Would I be told to get out an pick up at the window? So disappointed. This is the only Starbucks that has done this. I won't be going back.

There is a barista in the morning that insists on "customizing" our drinks to the way SHE knows we like them, and it is just not ok. We appreciate the kindness and familiarity, but I prefer for her to just make the coffee how it's supposed to be made and to keep it short at the window. We pay $7 every day for drinks that look like water or weird mixtures, no ma'am.

I stop by this starbucks often especially during the summer. I always have positive experiences and I ordered a couple drinks for the family. The cold foam wasn't made the best and nor was the serving. Its okay though because the customer service made up for it. I didnt get the name of the young man taking orders for drive thru but he was very generous. I will come back to this location only because this one time experience wasn't impactful nor negative. They were minor issues that arent irrelevant.

We ordered the shaken Oleato espressos, but wanted to tailor the drinks with less espresso and little ice. Omar who made the drink gave only half cup full since we wanted little ice, and he didn't add the olive oil coming with the drink. We complained and he at first said he forgot to add, then changed his words saying he did add. Obviously the Partanna oil didn't show up in our drinks! The service here can't be trusted.
