Today I went to Subway in El Monte around 730PM.I can't think of the name exactly but I think it was Ernesto that took my order.I ordered a 6 inch cold cut sandwich to go.Ernesto was professional, helpful and very nice!!I ate the sandwich around 745PM.Around 830PM my stomach started hurting me from eating the cold cut sandwich.Around 9PM I started throwing up from eating the sandwich.Right now is 10PM and my stomach is still hurting from eating the 6inch cold cut sandwich.I think the cold sandwich got me sick.I'm being honest I've never had any problems eating at Subway.I thought I let you know.

Employee Martha has the worst attitude. Why work in a place of service if you don't want to provide any service . Don't come to this subway find the nearest one.

I forgot the day I stopped by but it was around their closing time and Crystal was so amazing. She was so kind and provided such great service. Keep in mind it was a couple minutes before closing and it was the closest starbucks to me. She was so sweet! I ordered a spicy Italian and she was so happy to help prep my order.

If I can give a zero rating I would. Horrible service. Lilly was very rude and not a customer advocate at all. I live a block away and this was my first time coming to this subway. Well never again. Never had this type of service at any other subway. Very disappointed not returning or even thinking of getting subway on the near future and definitely not recommending.

Wow 2 footlong a bag of chip and a large soda almost 30$ subway is good but I dont know is it worth the 30$ for a fast food chain other than that the cashier lady here is very nice and help

Don't recommend this place at all very lazy employee when today had to wait in line for 30 minutes just so I could wait another 30 minutes because they had to do the online order first!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I have never felt so disrespected! I will never eat at subway again! I purchased a sandwich and when I open it up turns out they handed me the wrong one ( someone else's ). I drive back and hand back the sandwich and say "I got the wrong sandwich you gave me the other lady's food , when she asked if I "want another one"I said "yes I would like to get the sandwich you originally made please make it again" the poor girl asked " you're going to pay for it right" ...... I let her keep the sandwich & let subway keep my lousy 10 dollars ... I paid the price for your mistake therefore I will never buy at subway ever again! Thanks ! God Bless

Girl working tonight hasn't been trained to make salads.She put all the heavy topping ingredients at the bottom of small bowl with loose lettuce and spinach on top. When I opened the lid everything exploded out.I don't know if she's trying to save the company money or just make sure not customers order salad again.
