I love coming here this is my favorite subway and the service here is amazing. My sever ash is an awesome employe and is definitely 5 star material. Sub way has the most amazing sandwiches, good atmosphere, and awesome employees.

Disappointing Experience at Local Subway – Poor Customer ServiceI recently had an unfortunate experience at my local Subway that compelled me to share my disappointment regarding the subpar customer service I received, particularly from the owner. I had placed an order through the app, expecting a straightforward and efficient pickup, but unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating encounter.My order consisted of a chicken wrap, chips, and a vitamin water. Upon arriving at the store, I was handed a bag containing only the chips and wrap, with a fountain drink cup placed beside it. When I inquired about the missing vitamin water, I was met with a baffling response from the owner.The owner explained that, despite the visible inventory of vitamin water in the refrigerator, he couldn't provide it because it was part of their stock and not for individual sale, claiming the website was incorrect. This explanation made little sense and seemed contradictory to common customer service practices. In a rush, I opted to grab the vitamin water myself from the fridge, but the owner unexpectedly blocked my access and reiterated that he couldn't sell it individually.This interaction left me feeling frustrated, confused, and disheartened by the unprofessional conduct of the owner. The refusal to provide a clearly included item, coupled with an explanation that lacked coherence, demonstrated a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and a disregard for customer convenience.The overall experience was far from the service standards I expect from a reputable establishment like Subway. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the reputation of the store. Regrettably, I have decided that I will not be patronizing this Subway location in the future, and I am inclined to share my experience with others to caution them about the subpar service.It is my hope that the management takes steps to address and rectify such instances of poor customer service to ensure the continued success and positive reputation of the Subway franchise. A dissatisfactory encounter such as mine has the potential to impact the longevity of the establishment, and improvements are crucial to retaining customer loyalty and trust.

Worst subway I have been to. They have no water cups, not allowed to use the restroom, they don't accept coupons. They served very little meat on my sandwich. Not friendly service at all. Clean but would not come back here again. Too many red flags!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a chicken wrap, chips, and a vitamin water through the subway app. When I went to pick it up the owner of the franchise gave me a fountain drink cup and refused to give me what I paid for, which was clearly in stock. He mumbled something about it being in inventory and having issues with the app. Complete idiot. Never buying from this place again.

This is a great subway, always clean. I'm a nurse and after having a long day I come here to have lunch. Ash always greats me with a big smile and lifts up my spirit with his good vibes. All staff is very respectful and cheerful. Ridda the owner is great, always greeting the guest.

So I pulled up with about five minutes before the guys were supposed to close, I just wanted to get a cold turkey sandwich and they were already cleaning and closing door and the light was turned off. Don't waste your time coming to this place.

Bad business... I walk in the owner is sitting down watching his phone , he stands up & shouts no ... we have no ebt. ... before he says hi or welcome ... that's great ... I just want a sandwich... he then proceeds to complain about past customers , cursing about them .. that's great . I just need a sandwich. He then carry's on about meaningless conversation & then gives me far different that pictured sandwich ...I order from the new subway menu ... it was the same as a regular & he was very cheap on all toppings & condiments... why is this allowed ? Under the corporate umbrella,??? This s owner needs a complete overhaul of the entire business...don't spend any money here till new ownership is delivered ... I contacted. Corporate & bbb ... notified
