Terrible customer service. The lady never wants to make the sub my way and when I order through the app they never give more like it says. I only come here because it’s close to work, but the employee that helped me is terrible.

Went here to grab a quick bite after shopping at Fresh and Flash market, I was so hangry and I am glad it's right in the same plaza as the market and I can just walk over.I ordered #10 and I requested for it to be toasted, I find it tasted better that way. I had lettuce, pickled red onions, yellow pickled pepper, sliced pickles, mayo, and garlic aioli sauce. It was delicious. Please ignore the picture, it doesn't do justice to the sandwich. Yes they don't accept coupons and I didn't know that coupons exist for Subway, well I don't see it anymore. The gentleman that was working there was nice to let me know before I even placed my order that they didn't accept any kind of coupons. He was friendly and attentive. I see a lot of 1 star reviews complaining about the service. I think when it comes to service (anywhere we go), if we treat people with respect they will treat us with kindness. People work for a living, that doesn't give a lot of us the privilege to feel like we are their bosses as I seen happen quite too often. It also goes both ways, where people demand for tips or make it an obligation for others to tip. I always tip, even if the service is bad I would still tip the minimum and then just write a review to the store itself...but my pet peeve is those that openly demand tips or guilt trip others into tipping...I still tip, just the minimum and never do business with them again unless they change their ways. I like the atmosphere, I can feel the breeze of fresh air as the worker there always leaves the door open and it's glass all around so I get to people watch

I wouldn't say the service is bad but everytime I order for curbside pickup they take FOREVER to bring out my food when I see them standing there talking because it's so empty!

Bad customer service: online order. They forgot my items on my order . Being so empty in there when I got there they should of have time to review the order right. I order after work to take out and I live 25 min away . So inconvenient to just get the items that I payed for now.

DO NOT give them your business. I visited on 9/1/22 at around 7pm, ordered online. I tried calling them before arriving but it just kept ringing. I arrived and it was empty, walked in and no greeting from this Indian lady just an up and down look. She was doing something with the fountain drinks. I asked her if an online order was ready and she pointed aggressively to the shelf where I guess they normally put the online orders, but my order wasn't there. So she goes to the back and brings up my order. We asked about a BOGO coupon but she said it was only online, so we figured we can use it next time. We get home and all three of my sandwiches were on white bread. They were suppose to be Italian herbs and cheese. Then I realize there was no bacon in my sandwich and I got really upset. Why didn't she call the number that's on the order and inform me that they are out of the bread that I want. I never asked for white bread. And there was no bacon. So I drove back and was trying to be cordial but her attitude was disgusting. She did not want to remake my sandwich. She told me to come back tomorrow and she said she wants to eat her own sandwich in the back and just dismisses me and walks to the back, like whaaaat?! I'm a paying customer with a complaint and I want to eat my own sandwich. She walked away and just left me there with my unwanted sandwiches I started to yell that I wasn't going to leave. And she came back up to the front and told the Hispanic lady to redo my sandwich. She was not wearing a name tag and they did not want to give me her name. Just extremely unprofessional. All over a sandwich!!!! Never again going back. NEVER EVER EVER! Extremely rude.

This store doesn't honor coupons put out by the corporate mailers. Per the employees there the prices can be changed at anytime before the coupon expires. False advertising@!!!@

Arrived around 1230 on a Saturday, no line and a nice dad and his little girl enjoying lunch. My son ordered up his Turkey club, and I went for the meatball footlong. The young lady behind the counter offered the usual, "Toasted?" inquiry, followed by the veggie and condiment accoutrements. Added chips and drinks, plus a cookie, and with the 15% tip, it came out to $27 and change. Great Caesar's ghost, that was an expensive round for a sandwich and a half with a couple of fountain drinks. But hey, a pack of nitrate free lunch meat is $11 at the supermarket right now, so I guess it doesn't matter which way you run the clippers when you're fleecing the sheep. Store is tiny and relatively clean. Two (count 'em!) two tables inside and no seating outdoors. This place seems designed for patrons to take their orders to go, and grumble about the prices in their work trucks and cruisers.

Don't come here if you want to use a coupon. They dont accept coupons (online nor in person). They don't tell you until they already made your sandwich so I paid full price, plus they charged me for all the extras because I ordered a sandwich that wasn't allowed on the coupon I tried to use so I ended up paying $14 for a regular 12" sub....not even a meal. I could had a nice sit down meal for that price with a drink. Also, I got the multigrain grain bread...it tasted moldy so I had to throw it out! Will never come to this location again! I hope they close down.
