Good and fast ?

Got off work and wanted something quick for lunch so I ordered online ahead of leaving to pick up my order. Got to the window, was told to pull in front and wait. Waited and the girl came out with a bag with my order (I thought). I didn't check in the bag thinking it was big enough for what I ordered. Got home, got ready to eat my lunch and half the order was missing. I tried calling but no one answered the phone! I called numerous times but no one picked up!! I will NOT be going back to that Taco Bell!

Went back to tell them that they messed up and they didn’t give me a full refund. The lady working was probably mad that she’s 50 and this is the best job she could find. Horrible service, poor work ethic, they particularly fail on Monday through Thursday between 11pm-12am, many times no one answers at the drive thru or they say we are only taking mobile orders. You're still open, all orders should be welcomed, it's a business that's there to make money on all fronts, straight up laziness, food is hit or miss also, 50/50 chance it will come out right or you will need to return. The Taco Bell in San Gabriel is much better, much better management and staff, people there hustle, worth the drive.

The guy with a beard is always telling me to stay in the front yet today he gave me regular cheese. This was the 3rd or 5th time. All my food went to waste. Good thing, I smelled it before eating it. The 1st time it had a sticket with Vegan cheese & the smell was different.

These people here are idiots who don't know how a drive thru works. Every time I come they tell me to pull up to the front of the restaurant when there's nobody behind me and still takes forever to get my order
