Small hole in the wall on the corner of Cogswell and Exline. Food has always hit the spot! From the Costillas en salsa verde, to the burritos and carne asada plates! I honestly haven't eaten anything here I didn't like! CASH ONLY, so no credit or debit cards...Also, if you are a busy person like myself, you can call the number and order ahead of time, so when you get there, its ready to go!

Nice hole in the wall Mexican spot...food is good and reasonable priced. They are cash only so be prepared for that. Had tacos and burritos they were both good. Will be coming back

When you walk into a window and have no idea what some of the menu items are, you know you have to put on your big boy pants and go off the deep in. Taqueria La Cubana is one of those not so fancy but oh so delicious taco stands. You're sitting just north of the 10 Freeway and although during the day it's a safe enough spot to come to, I wouldn't recommend coming at night. As for the food. Oh man, the tacos are good and the shining jewel of it all is the Coctel or the shrimp cocktail with tostadas to go on the side. I been coming here for years and at $15 an order, you get some good size shrimps if you're a seafood lover. If you're lazy like me, I get extra tostadas, 3 for $1. I know you can run to sthe store to get a lot more for cheaper but it's easier to just buy it here. This is really good quality food and you see tons of working class people here because of the value too. Come by and support this small mom and pop shop.
This place is IT! My family and I constantly come back here for their wet burritos and their campechana! The service is excellent, I think it might be a family running it but each worker has been kind every single time we have visited. The food is great, friendly service, and prices are pretty reasonable considering it's more of a home cooked meal than it is fast food. Only fault is that it's cash only so make sure you bring money when you visit.

Came in one time & it was bomb. But…..Yup. Next time I came in, had some nasty day old carne on my taco. Dry & crunchy. Left me with a foul feeling in my stomach n mouth. Sorry ladies I won’t be back. If I didn’t have that experience I would be back every day. Legit. hope that changes

Ordered a chicken burrito and they gave me a rice and beans. There was maybe 3 pieces of chicken in the entire burrito. I complained and they were rude about it, and even said that i had already eaten half before I said anything. I told her yes, because I'm trying to find the chicken. They just renovated, maybe they want to make up for the expense. Anyway they lost a customer.
