I've never seen an order screwed up that badly. I got about half of what I ordered and what I got was the wrong item. It was like the lady wasn't even listening. I almost never go to Wendy's and I know why. Would never go here again.

I mentioned to the drive-thru about March madness the new app for Wendy's and he told me he could not help me with it I said fine I will park and sign up for it myself after a half hour I got frustrated and ordered off the I mentioned it in the Drive-Thru what I was doing and he told me he could not help me with it and then once I paid for it I asked them how about the points for the food that I just bought do I use the receipt to get them and he told me oh you should have told me before well he should have told me how to use the app the employees should know the procedure when you go to McDonald's the first thing they ask you are you using the app today Wendy's should learn that if nobody has told them that McDonald's does it that way. He should have had called the manager when it comes down to it they need to be train better.
Today I went to buy for my family and they missed up on my order and I paid almost 60 dollars for the food and everything that I ordered wasn't what I ordered I just spend the last of my money on Wendy's

I would say it’s a clean location compared to other ones. This one is less crowded when dining in. Really enjoy their Baconator and chicken nuggets. Their peppermint frosty is decent but hope they can bring back the vanilla option soon!Parking: Plenty of parking spaces available.

Ordered a Dave’s double med combo, chocolate frosty and a side of large fries today, the drive thru guy sounded uninterested and bothered and he got my order wrong. Also they asked me if I wanted condiments just to not add any. .-.And worst of all, my fries are old and refried with absolutely no saltI haven’t been to this location in a couple months but these new employees are not it
