To be honest, the attitude of the waiter was average and a little blunt. I don't know if he was unhappy at work.The fried chicken tastes average, a bit salty, and lower than expected.it’s The first time I tried this brand of fried chicken, I had a poor impression. Of course the restaurant doesn't care.

I ordered at 12:00 noon Saturday, got a email confirmation that my order be ready in 16-22 minutes. The store called me 15 minutes later and said I need to pick up with the credit card I used and my ID. And said my order be ready soon. 15 minutes later they called again, and another 10 minutes same call ID and CC.I arrive store 12:55, almost an hour after I placed my order. They checked CC and ID, order not ready. I saw them prepared another 3 orders not mine. Then some guy came in and asked for Christina’s order, no ID/CC checking. And they also made Christina’s order ahead of mine.At this point, enough is enough, I asked them to cancel my order. They asked me why, I said I don’t know either. You made me wait 10 minutes in top of my hour preorder.You guys got to know that we can order anywhere. Even at another Wingstop, but definitely not with this location again!

Paid for my order in full in advance with Apple Pay so I DONT have to bring my card with me. Paid in advance and they asked to see the card I used to pay for food and my ID. I comply and show my ID and explain I used Apple Pay. They then say they have to cancel the order because I don't have the proof. Waste of time and never coming to this Wingstop again. I better get my money back. Dumbest policy ever heard of.

Ordered the two can dine- 15 classic wings- 10 lemon pepper and 5 original hot, fries and two drinks. The price has gone up thankfully the taste remained the same, so did the service- perfunctory and thankfully not too slow. There are a few table and chairs inside where it's cool and music is not too loud, but there are tables and chairs available for outside seating. Parking can be a hit and miss.

I stopped by for a late meal yesterday around 8pm and I was helped out by Angel. Unfortunately I had the same name as someone else and the orders were mixed up. But I came back and Angel was very very helpful. He apologized and helped me get it fixed! I have had terrible experiences at this wingstop but the cashiers from the night of 07/01 were the best! I didn't get the name of the other young man (bummer!!) but he also apologized and handed me the fixed order. These two young men deserve recognition for their positive attitude and friendly service. I don't stop by here because of my past experiences but because of them I might just come back! Great work fellas !

Nothing worse than when you're starving and craving wings, only to have a Door Dasher mix up the bags and give you the wrong order.I called the location and they said they would make me a new order so long as I came dropped off the wrong one. Arrived with the wrong order and a short while later got a fresh batch of wings and a happy stomach for me and the wife.Wasn't Wing Stop's mistake but they took care of me anyway. I always felt their customer service was world class, and they made a fine example of that tonight.
