Plenty of parking outside and the interior decor was nice, but I had higher hopes for the food than was recieved. Our server was in a hurry the whole time even though there was only one other table, like it was a bother we were there. The water was infused with cucumber surprise- undrinkable because I don't like cukes. Guava margarita was good, big chunky salt was a nice touch. Salsa was just diced tomatoes, no Jalapeño/cilantro/onion, etc. Birria tacos had a good amount of meat and cheese. Carne asada meat was cooked nicely medium, with smoky grill flavor. Beans were barely warm and lacking any flavor, very watery. Tortillas appeared to be freshly made. This isn't really 'Mexican' but rather 'Mexican fusion' - although I'm not sure what's infused aside from disappointment.

I cannot say enough about how much I loved this restaurant. The service was lovely, the food was INSANE, the drinks were so good. I cannot insist enough that you need to try this restaurant. So so so good.

Delicious mariscos/ceviches and margaritas with real fruit. You can taste the freshness and quality of ingredients. Pricier than other mariscos restaurants in the area, but you get the quality you pay for here. Service can be hit or miss.

I went with my coworkers for an office lunch. We chose Xecora because we have always liked everything about this place. We had a party of about 14 ppl, about half order cocktails one had a horrible taste so we asked the waiter to take it back, to say she wasn’t happy it’s an understatement, maybe we just lacked the palate for the drink but it was just bad.. the other drinks were ok, not as tasty as other occasions. Then first dish comes out, it’s a baked ofrenda Del Mar, cheese on top was melted but inside the dish was cold, we send it back to re heat. Rest of the dishes come out, we had a couple of dishes that included beans, everything on those plates was warm but every single dish had cold beans at this point no one wanted to complain anymore. Birria was super salty on the tacos and so was the asada plate, meat was tender and delicious but super salty. With a bill of +$750 I believe more attention should be placed on the dishes that are being served. I really hope this issues get addresse; otherwise, there will be a lot more customers complaining.

Im allergic to raspberries and blackberries thus I always tell the waiter waitress before I order anything. Tell me why I ordered a seafood dish and the place it on the other side Im sitting at a corner and lo and behold theres blackberries on top of it. So in my head I didnt think it was my order. Also of friend in the group has special dietary restrictions. She ordered their veggie rice it took forever to come. Every one got their tacos and ceviches ate it all before her rice even came out. She also ordered their fried cauliflower that never made it out. Waiter didnt mention anything until we asked for it a third time and said they were out of it since people rarely order it. I doubt Ill be coming back.

If you're looking for a good lunch or dinner spot make sure to check this spot out! It is such a hidden gem. My bf and I got the carne asada plate and the Aramara shrimp. Everything was so delicious and a perfect portion. For drinks we ordered Xurave and the Prickly Heaven. This is also a good place to just come for some drinks. They are so tasty and have the perfect amount of alcohol. The service here is also excellent. We had a great experience.
