Worst customer service. I get treated better at McDonald's. As my order was ready I asked for extra sauce, the manager on shift told me they were 50 cents and just walked away, so I asked if she can charge us for them and she said the other cashier would , with a line of at least 6 people . She then proceeded to jump on register like 1 min after. How long would it have taken to charge for 2 sauces ??? Thank you to the other young lady for helping us . Yoshinoya you can do better with your employees.

I was disappointed with how poorly it was packaged. The items were thrown haphazardly into a flimsy bag with no padding or protective wrapping. As a result, the container had leaked, and some of the food had spilled out into the bag Not only was this messy and unappetizing, but it also made the food unsafe to eat. I was really disappointed with the lack of care that went into packaging my order, and I don't think I'll be ordering from this restaurant again. I hope they can improve their packaging in the future to provide a better experience for their customers.

Ridiculous, the boba tea is only half without ice. 2/3 or 3/4 is acceptable with no ice. See what I get at the store!

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is okay. It isn't too big nor is it too small. I never have any problems with finding a parking spot. The spots there are decent. They aren't too tight. Food: I ordered a chicken plate. Yoshinoya is famous for their Original Beef Bowl but a fair amount of people also order the Chicken plate which is a fairly typical rendition of your common Chicken Teriyaki plate: grilled chicken thigh (skin-on unless you specify otherwise), broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, and teriyaki sauce over a bed of steamed short grain rice. I love their teriyaki sauce on the chicken. This chicken bowl is super tasty, flavorful, and juicy. The chicken skin was also very crunchy. The steamed and soft veggies are bland, but I usually add soy sauce to it to give some flavors. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, fast, and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.
Love this location than all the others near me, always clean and always so yummy since the new management but prefer to take it to go because there's always weirdos inside which is unfortunate. Oh and boba now!

I like the upgraded menu. They going with the build your own trend. Now you can construct the bowl the way you like. The only thing I didn't like is that they made their wings boneless. The boneless wings are dry. Update: The build your own menu is gone.
