Came in on a Thursday afternoon and it was empty. The ambiance is amazing. The drinks are of good quality and affordable. This place got all the vibes.

Visit on 2/3/2024 4 stars for drinks and quality but improvements are needed. I've frequented **A Tea Moment** several times, and today's visit was consistent with my previous experiences. Let's dive into the details: 1. **Computer System and Rewards**: - The computer system is generally user-friendly, but adding rewards can be a bit confusing. Unfortunately, the connection between rewards and payment isn't straightforward, and it's not clearly explained on the **Toast app**. - Improved communication about this process would benefit customers. 2. **Helpful Staff**: - The staff is friendly and helpful. Their assistance enhances the overall experience. - However, there seems to be a gap in their training regarding the rewards system. Consistent training could address this issue. 3. **Teas**: - The teas at **A Tea Moment** are consistently good. Quality beverages are essential, especially for tea enthusiasts like me. 4. **Rewards System**: - Personally, I find the rewards system a bit off-putting. As a loyal customer, I'd appreciate a more straightforward approach. - Perhaps they can refine their rewards program to make it more appealing. 5. **Amusing Encounter**: - The group in front of me kindly let me go first because they were "lost" due to the computer system. It's a quirky situation! - Despite the system's quirks, I still enjoy my tea moments here. In summary, **A Tea Moment** offers delightful teas, friendly staff, and a unique computer system. If you're a tea lover, it's worth a visit. Cheers to more cozy moments with a cup of tea!

Cheese foam latte, just great. The flavors are great and I get less sweet, makes it a perfect beverage. Service is always quick, ambiance is always relaxing.

I had a Golden Fruit Iced Tea **Decaf * with rainbow jelly. The drink was delicious and I didn't have any trouble sleeping that night. The store is small with a tiny seating area for two parties or three if you want to get cozy with the other patrons. Two things I stood out during this visit. 1) My friend spilled her drink trying to pop the straw into the top. They replaced her drink without any charge. Nice! 2) I was charged 0.50 for requesting less ice. I understand this results in more tea to fill the cup but is it 0.50 worth of tea? Doubtful. Get rid of this junk charge please.

Waited outside for almost 20 mins! Came here with my daughter and her teammate. We've visited before. ALL signs INCLUDING the UPDATED Winter hours had the same time. When I asked the staff about the late opening , she smiled and laughed it off. Not the response I was hoping for, but probably didn't know what to say. There was no apology or any consideration for our time. The place is cute, and hoping the boba drink that I try will be good, but the owners need to make sure they are opening up on time and have staff that can address customers. .

Enter and get embraced by the powder pink instagram-worthy lobby and the scent of warm carmelly goodness. Step up to the computer to order...but try not to get overwhelmed by the number of delicious offerings and infinite customizations. Have a seat and chat with neighbors about your favorite offerings and watch the beautiful drinks come from the kitchen. Don't worry, soon it will be your turn...

Food Coworkers and I decided to get some boba during lunchtime and found this cute little place. I love boba and I try out new boba places quite often, and I got a thai iced tea, because it is my usual go to and will determine if the boba place is good or not. The actual drink was pretty okay, good flavor, and just the right sweetness(i got less sweet), and not overly filled with ice too. The brown sugar boba it came with was a tad undercooked as it was a bit too chewy, but I didn't mind since I like it chewy. Service/Ambiance It's a really small place with no seating inside and a few benches on the outside. You order from a self-serve kiosk and wait for your order in the window. Initially, since it was the middle of the day I wanted vietnmese coffee since the posted menu had it as an option, but it was nowhere to be found in the kiosk so that's a disappointment.

Low quality boba compared to other boba places. They need to improve on making better boba. If the boba isn't good quality, it ruins the whole experience.

Very cute place. A great place for pictures and content creation! Drinks are good, pretty sweet though. The shaved ice was the true star here. My kids loved it!

This is a review for A Tea Moment - located at 857 Via De La Paz, Los Angeles, CA 90272 This location never has air conditioning on for its employees, the main area where people order food is cooled but when you order at the window you're hit with hot air and employees who clearly look like they're working in an oven. The employees provide good service. Lastly this location closes really early, they close at about 6pm. There's always people outside trying to get Boba but find the business is closed. Has potential. Should absolutely work on the air conditioning too.

My party of three girlfriends (GO,PLATS!!!) once again overstuffed ourselves at the nearby Jame. Like that wasn't bad enough, we decided to get boba. Because there's always room for boba! I was hoping they had wintermelon, but they didn't. No biggie, matcha green tea is always good, so I got that with green jelly. Ordering was easy using the pad, so you get exactly what you pick. As it was a warm-ish hot SoCal day, it was only natural there was a wait. There were at least a half dozen peeps waiting for their treats. It was certainly worth the wait. My drink was refreshing (really that's an understatement.) This is my first run on green jelly and I think me likey a lot A LOT! Not too much ice, not too sweet, it was a good ending to our food run! DRINK: 5. There was nothing wrong with it, so can't rank it less. SERVICE: 3. Very little interaction, average at best. VALUE: 4. Reasonable for what we got, especially for its location. PARKING: Street and there's a private lot nearby. It can get busy. OVERALL: 4. That green jelly is a game changer. Will come back to try it again most likely with a different drink. Also curious about them savory crepes. Point is: there will be a future visit!

Cute ambience, it's order by screen and you just pick up at the counter so it has minimized social interactions. Nice classy music playing in the background. There's a claw machine for boba stuffed toys, and there's a decent selection of teas.

Ordered this online through yelp, they didn't update whether it was done or not. The boba is not the best and the drink is alright. The store is cute but the strawberry tastes like syrup. It wasn't in the description but I'm usually used to strawberry purée. The black milk tea was good, very basic but I could say that one is good.
