The brick interior with local art featured on the wall was nice. 0 stars for the $5.50 pistachio croissant that look great but tasted like it was made last week. :/ and 3 1/2 stars for the breakfast burrito that used quality fresh ingredients but could have used some salt to highlight the flavor and/or more kick in the salsa, just seemed to be missing something.

came to this location after going to their smaller location that's about ten minutes away. i had already tried their lavender matcha and absolutely loved it! this time i ordered their butterfly pea latte with oat milk and their french toast with fruit. this location has a bunch of street parking. there's seats inside and a few outside. inside it's very quiet, there's no music, just the baristas talking and people doing work on their computer. i luckily found a seat inside. there's tons of pastries to choose from and a menu offering breakfast and lunch options. the cashier was sweet and my drink came out super quick. the french toast was delicious! very warm and the fruit was fresh. their lavender matcha is still my favorite drink from here but hopefully i come back to try more!

However, that minor hiccup was quickly forgotten once I took another bite of my scrumptious breakfast.One thing to note is the waiting system could use some improvement. It tends to get crowded quickly, especially towards the end of the bar where everyone naturally congregates. Nonetheless, the friendly staff does their best to keep things moving smoothly.On the bright side, Blue Butterfly offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, catering to everyone's preferences. Whether you prefer soaking up the sun or cozying up indoors, there's a spot for you to enjoy your meal or drink.Overall, Blue Butterfly Coffee Shop is a delightful spot with tasty treats and a welcoming atmosphere. Ordered food and coffee at counter. Coffee came out quickly but food took forever. I think it was just sitting in the back? I went to go ask to check on it maybe after 30 mins and the guy just went to the back and came out with 2 boxes and didn’t say anything. Also saw some cups falling off the counter and one of the staff tried to save it with his shoes. I don’t think he used it but still felt a little unprofessional for a food establishment. The scramble I ordered was so good though. Wish the service was a tad better.

I was staying at an AirBnB for a few days in El Segundo and came across this coffee shop on Main St. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a bagel sandwich that was a BLT on an everything bagel (you get to choose what kind of bagel you want). My coffee was nice and strong and the energy from the caffeine easily lasted me all day. I liked that there wasn't too much ice. The sandwich was good. Not something I'd necessarily order again but if I'm ever in El Segundo again, I'd be down to try something else. Service was quick and my coffee and food came out quickly. It's a cute shop that has seating and looks like a good spot to either study or spend a few hours working. There was also plenty of street parking for a morning weekday.
