I am a regular at the Santa Monica ( on Montana St ) location and ordered the Avocado toast twice at this el segundo location. It's truly terrible here. Cannot even bite through the toast. Also it's just terribly prepared in comparison to the other location. The toast in Santa Monica is like a thing of beauty, even sprinkled pickled radishes, delicious and fresh tomatoes. The side lettuce comes with an amazing dressing that also works well on the toast. This location doesn't provide any of that. This location dropped the ball on this avocado toast. Please do a favor business owner, and visit the other location and then update accordingly!

I wish I could say something nice, but my experience was not good. the service was great, and the food was delicious as well. I ordered the beef short rib, and the immortal smoothie, and had horrible food poisoning from it. i had a fever and the shakes, my stomach was in horrible pain and i couldn't leave the restroom for hours. will not be returning

Love love love the premium smoothies. They're a healthy and yummy way to get nutritious food, especially if you're sick and can't tolerate solid foods. So far I've had the Greentastic, Berryatric, Blue smoothie (name?), and Balance. I'm looking forward to trying new smoothie delivery including Tranquility (or is it Serenity?) and Kreation Keto. The smoothies come in glass bottles and I feel satisfied after one bottle. I could probably stop at half or two-thirds a bottle. The flavors are smooth and mild. No grassy or seaweed flavors spoiling the nice tastes of the smoothies.

I came to this store to purchase the 7 day kleanse a few days ago. I was able to walk out with my day 1 kleanse and was told to come back the next day for day 2 and 3. I told the girl in the front I won't be able to stop by early in the morning and if they can set aside the products for my day 2 & 3 so I can pick up everything later during the day. Whoever was at the front said, no problem, I'll leave a note for the morning crew. Came back the next evening and the night crew had no idea what I was talking about. Most of their products were gone. They had to piece together my day 2 & 3 kleanse. Before I left, I asked the crew to set aside my day 4-6 kleanse. Crew said no problem. I called the shop 3 times between Tuesday and Wednesday and requested my products to be set aside so I can pick up on Thursday evening. Each time I called I was assured that it would be done. Guess what happened?! Yup, Thursday night crew had no idea what I was talking about when I walked in to pick up my kleanse. Even though I was assured 3 times prior there would be no issues. I'm not sure what the issues are at this store. Please don't make promises you can't keep. If you have certain policies and limitations please relay that to your customers.
