Mendocino was amazing! I had tried it once before at a different location but the El Segundo location was a much better experience! The staff is friendly, the line was quick, and the food was ready pretty quickly. I had the Peruvian steak sandwich and it was delicious, I want to try the chimichurri one next time. The inside was decorated pretty nicely and it gets crowded around lunch time but there is a good amount of seating inside and outside. Probably will be returning soon.

Long story short, I made a mistake and she handled it SO professionally and made sure that I received the perfect order. I also met one of the managing partners, Ryan, and he assured me that they were handing it. He was so sincere and professional! This team is amazing and so is their food!!!! Love Mendocino farms and especially this location. But don't order via Uber eats. They overcharged me and they don't take responsibility for their overcharge and they don't credit you when they make a mistake. In the future, I will only order Mendo via their app, via phone or in person.

Service is friendly and pretty quick given everything made to order from scratch. This location has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. Located in The Point which is a great spot, however, parking can be tough during prime time hours.

The good: I got the Thai salad, the not so fried chicken sandwich from the faves menu and the chicken tenders meal for kids. I loved that they had a kids menu that came with three slices of apple and a drink. For drinks I tried the pomegranate mint lemonade and rose lemonade I enjoyed both and loved the adventurous and sophisticated flavors. The salad was fun with a lot of great textures from the almonds, carrots, bean sprouts and noodles. The sandwich was on ciabatta bread that I expected to be tough and chewy but it was crispy and easy to eat. The sandwich came with three side sauces (2 mustards I think and one ketchup that looked darker than Heinz so it could be an in-house ketchup). The cashier was quick. The busboy was friendly and asked how we enjoyed our meal and said hi to a patron's pet dog. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks are self serve. There are heat lamps outside. The crunch in the sandwich was excellent. I've been to two other locations and have been consistently pleased with their menu. The bad: I didn't try the tenders myself but my mom told me the batter was hard and the chicken was dry. The interesting: They have turf covered benches and a foosball table outside. Inside, there's a kid's game table. Once you've ordered, you scan a QR code on the table and enter your receipt number in order for your food to be brought to your table.

I cannot express how grateful that I am to the manager of this location. I had an emergency today as my colleague had tried to place a lunch catering order for a very important meeting that did not go through online over the weekend. She called in this morning to speak to the manager here, and the manager was able to rush our lunch catering order along, so that I was able to make my meeting in time. This made a huge positive impact on our business. She deserves a raise! Thank you and looking forward to continuing to use you guys for many more lunch meetings.

I'm always a fan of Mendocino. Well, except for the time I got food poisoning. Food is consistent and a good go-to when I'm hungry and need something gluten free and vegan. Ready for the return of the spicy potato salad. Note: I got the poisoning when I ordered at the end of the day. So maybe avoid going then.
