In terms of location and atmosphere, it is my top 5 Starbucks I have been so far.But after COVID fades away, I started noticing this Starbucks store’s music changed to more clubbing genre and louder. Today, I finally used my Apple watch to measure how loud the music is, which showed around 40-45 decibels. I was sitting at the far corner, away from cashier. I could not too focus on reading my book.I don't know if it is Starbucks policy to broadcast louder, pop music. I have not heard holiday music yet today. I feel the 3 ladies talking were "fighting" with the background music. I sent my feedback to Starbucks to clarify if it is their policy to broadcast a particular kind of music.Thank you.

I was waiting here for my mobile order without realizing that I had messed up and used a different location in the app. The barista noticed me waiting, helped me to figure out my mistake, and he made my order for me anyway.Very cool of them to take care of me when it was totally my own mistake.

Asked for pumpkin bread, received banana bread. Drink had too much milk, could not taste the coffee. Two people in store, long wait to receive drink as on line orders are processed first.

The venti ice water here was amazing. It is 24 ounces in a plastic container and it hits the spot. No notes. Great water.

I got my typical but it was so good out here in Cali
I came in here the other day w my cousin Liz and the service from Sunny was terrible. I always come to this SB and I love it, the baristas are too sweet, so this threw me off. She was so rude to us. I don't know the manager at this location but someone needs to have a conversation with her abt her customer service. I won't be coming back to this starbucks tbh.
