Brioche bun was hard as a rock, this place went downhill. See photo of the chairs they have that are peeling to bits. Just gross.

Food is amazing, to go packaging and utensils perfect and service is always perfect. One complaint I have is that whenever I have a rewards coupon, the online site tells me I cannot use it and I cannot figure out where to write to someone to let them know. At the website it just says to let the store know where you ordered your food so probably next week I will print out my reward and take it in and ask them what is going on with my rewards?? for one year I have never been able to use my rewards coupon. That is just horrible!! So I need to follow up. Oh another weird thing is that when you login the site says you may do so with Facebook but every time I try it says that function does not work? Odd. I saw one negative review about portion but the portions are always healthy and usually can be used for two meals actually. Plus they give you a lovely slice of toasted bread with pasta, salad and soup which is yum.

We love their Harvest Chicken salad and their seasonal vegetables. The chicken is flavorful and moist, unlike the chicken that many other places use for their salads. We usually order on the app, which is great since we easily can start with what we've ordered in the past and get the exact same thing or quickly modify it. Yesterday, I ordered at the counter and "Tiare" was terrific. She knew their whole menu and even the calorie count for each item. I highly recommended their food, their service is great and even having them deliver is terrific.

So upsetting, our team across the street orders from here every week. In the past few months they changed the "containers" but portion sizes are the same. No they aren't. We have repeatedly spoken with the manager and they have fixed it but every time. We are busy at work, place our order, walk across the street and it's so frustrating. I ordered the ahi with 2 side salads. The spinach has no goat cheese and no almonds. It's maybe less than a 1/2 cup. Cooked it would be 1/8 cup. The arugula has barely sprinkle of Parmesan and the quantity is 1/2 cup. The ahi is maybe 3.5 ozs. Look at my photos. At this point we've called numerous times. Personally I'm done with this location. Look at what it's supposed to be!

Not so tender meats. Black, completely dry and hats as a rock. In the past, they've always been spot on with cooking the meat just right but my last takeout order was just inedible. It should not have left the kitchen. It's like they forgot the chicken on the grill until it was a burnt crisp and then served it instead of throwing it out. The meat was missing the skin. Maybe that's why it burnt so bad? I also ordered double meat for my order. That didn't happen. Anyway, new chef? Well, chef is debatable. As withy last review, quality is getting worse and worse. Whoever is the owner is needs to come in on the weekends to see how horrible it is.

Cashless. Which means some older people can’t patronize, like my parents. This was a good excuse during the pandemic. Pandemic is over now.What are you also going to keep inflation prices, after high inflation is over?Oh and your diner needs a remake. Gross chairs.Other than those things… really good food yum

Pretty good salads but the challenge is the time to fulfill orders. I’ve been here about 4 times. Normally takes 20-30 minutes to fill a single salad order around lunch. About $20 for a salad plus drink. Order ahead and they have taken longer than the 24 minute estimate. And they forget to add your drink so you walk back after getting to your desk to ask again for the drink.Parking: Very packed lot so be ready to valet.

Writing a review for an order placed on 2/25/24. I ordered a salmon salad and seared tuna plate and was completely left in shock to find what seemed to be pieces of glass in my food. When I bit into this I initially had thought I had broken my tooth. It was hard as rock and multiple very large pieces in both of my meals. When I called to report this issue, I was told by their manager over the phone, that this was simply salt and she instructed me to look it up on the internet. I'm not sure what kind of salt this is, but I have never encountered such a thing; by no means what this edible. I couldn't help but think about older folk eating this, or someone with fragile teeth biting into this "salt". This is not edible and presents as a potential health hazard. A below satisfactory meal.

Got dinner with a friend here at 7:05 PM on a Sunday, and they said "take out only" but seated the guy behind us and we had to eat in our car. They close at 9, so it would be nice if they updated their hours or let us eat there since we live two hours away. Mostly came for the mashed potatoes, which they were out of, but the crispy potato's and seasonal vegetables were great.

Amazing place to eat. Food is fresh and healthy for adults and kids. We love the green juice and hibiscus iced tea. We always order pan seared tuna with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes and side of mix green salad. My child orders the grilled chicken, mashed and had the broccoli and it was delicious. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. We come from NY and have to stop by every time we are in California.

Visited Tender Greens for the first time after 5 or 6 years. It was my first visit to this location. Previously have been to the one in Irvine. I ordered the Steak plate with side of brown rice and caesar salad. My colleague got the steak with the side of baby greens and baby spinach. The Steak plate is around $16 which is of course a good value these days. The server recommended medium rare, which is also how I usually order my meats. I was very disappointed as the steak was a bit tough and chewy and my colleague who had ordered it the same way was complaning as well. The side of the brown rice had a nice kick to it and I really enjoyed it. the plate is also accompanied by a pieace of garlic toast which was enjoyable. Will likely still visit this place as the food seems wholesome and the service is fast, however will stick to chicken or fish next time.
