I've tried a lot of goodies here, but the fruit tart is the best I've ever had in my life. The custard is light and creamy and not too sweet like some tarts can be, and the fruit is fresh and beautifully arranged. But the crust, MY GOD IN HEAVEN is sheer perfection. Try it and if you don't think it's the best crust on any pie you've ever had, I will eat my hat.

They have the best pastries and cakes at a very reasonable price . I love the Mexican wedding and the cheese cakes. My friends from San Fransisco always stop at Maira when they come to visit and buy assorted pastries. They are all delicious.

Picked up cookies and chocolate covered strawberries for a Sunday tea. Everything was very tasty. Served it with charcuterie and mimosas. My nephew bit into a cookie, he paused a moment then said 'oh my goodness'. I really appreciate Maria's bakery being conveniently nearby. Wish they made petit fors.

We entered the premises and the first thing we noticed was a very unpleasant smell. Apparently they don't have good hygiene. It also has some old armchairs when you enter with an old smell, very bad presentationWhen they gave us our cake, it looked very pretty, but it only looks pretty, because when we started to cut it, it was more cream than bread. The fruit was not fresh. It doesn't seem fair to me because the quality is terrible. I do not recommend ordering from this place. Avoid the hassle of buying and a bad time. Better stay with the desire. They don't miss out on anything good.
