Melted ice cream, hot dog on half a piece of a hamburger bun, and worst of all after ordering six meals I was not told the Co2 machine was out when we ordered the food yet they took our drink orders and ask me to park. I waited for the food it was brought without the drinks I inquired only to be told they didn't have any drinks but I could have milk???? I asked for a refund for the drinks but was refused. I waited for a solution but was ignored. I notified management and was asked to go to my car to get the receipt so it could be photocopied instead of pulling the receipt and fixing it in store. I was frustrated since I had already spent over 25 minutes in drive thru and in the store. The food was in the car getting cold so I walked out. It's always something with this store. Not coming back because of the poor customer service in response to the situation.

Super friendly service! Food was nice and hot. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Although, I do wish the prices weren't so high. Also, they were out of the chicken pot pie.

This was literally the worst food I've eaten in a long time. We just needed something quick as we were on the road and my husband wanted a root beer. Well - they were out of root beer. And we didn't get part of our order, half my burger bun was soggy with straight oil. Cold fries, and the worst burger I've ever had at a drive-thru. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Please see the review for KFC-- this is the same restaurant. The bummer is that you cannot order both burgers and chicken using the KFC app, you have to go there to order.

can't expect too much from kids these days. here a photo of my beyond chicken meal supposed to come with fries. i got the chicken big box too which was supposed to have fries and it did. they just short mine. of course i'm too far away to go back now so kfc you're welcome for my donation. let's spend it on some training maybe!
