"temporarily closed" with no explanation - both Elk Grove and Sacramento - neither phone answers

I ordered the enchiladas Verde. What I got was not even close. No drinks either. When I said something about my order the girl said the owners don't care because they are closing this store and might open somewhere else.

I have been going there since they opened up. But the last few month this location is going down the drain. Not sure what kind of people they hire but no one has good customer service and half the time they don't know what they doing. I always call in my order on my way home from work. They either don't answer the phone or they answer with Hello. People are rude, get your order wrong and then argue with the customer when you say something. Don't get me wrong, I love the food but I will not come back because of the service. Hire some people with customer service experience.

This spot closes whenever they want. They lock the doors so nobody comes in but it's only 5pm. The customer service is so horrible even when there's an actual employee in SIGHT. I was yelled at and treated like a friend. Also this is the second time I walk in and nobody comes to take my order. There wasn't a SOUL in there. I even called the restaurant nobody came to answer the phone. Only reason I stop by is to get some quick protein but never again. Im amazed how they are still open.

Terrible. Made an online order and once I went to go pick it up the store was closed because of a leaky pipe. Baja Fresh accepted the order and money but we were not aware of the store being closed.

It took a while to get my order but I'm not complaining because they seemed swamped. I liked my steak tacos but the shrimp in the quesadillas and burrito were way too salty, I couldn't even finish half of it. I didn't enjoy all of my meal and I had to throw it in the garbage.

They didn't give Me the correct meal I ordered, and I had to drive all the way back across town to get what I ordered. I ordered a fountain soda while I waited only to just get the carbonated soda water and no soda. Oh, and I had to wait until 4 PM until they opened the restaurant! Something about a cook not showing up to work? Should have known that I wasn't going to get the correct order! I won't be going back anytime soon!

Truly the management of this brand is doing themselves a disservice. Placed an order using their app which was New Year's Eve. Since the app accepted by order and captured my pmt I assumed they were open! Surprisingly when I arrived the store had been closed for what appeared to be quite some time that day. I called the phone number for the store over the next two days got voicemail no call back. So I drove the 30 minutes yesterday on my day off to discuss with the store and found that the employees were not equipped to deal with conflict resolution they had to literally call the owners to get permission to make good on my transaction and the owners required that I signed a piece of paper stating that I picked up my food. If this isn't representative of a dying franchise I don't know what it is. I love the brandThe food has always been excellent weather I'm in Southern California or here in Northern California it's tragic though that I have only this one store for Baja fresh to rely on. I won't be back which is too bad for me.

Their asada (steak) is really good as well is their Baja salsa. One could say addicting.
I got some nachos thinking they would be similar to The Baja at sac state but they were some of the most disgusting nachos ever. The two workers didn’t even know what they were doing and took forever to make them although we were the only ones in there. Nothing seemed fresh, probably reheated from days before. Never going back.

I love Baja Fresh. This one In particular always messes up my order and gives you not a lot of salsa when you order chips and salsa.

so i went in to order 2 chicken tacos for me and my boyfriend, and not only was the order wrong but the woman with pink eyebrows was very noticeably drunk. when my boyfriend went in to ask for a new taco the attempted to charge him for extra cheese only because he complained about the wrongfully made food.

To update. They still charged me for my tortilla soup that I never received. Honestly, this place is garbage. I'm waiting for some manager to hit me up and I'll lay it on them. PEOPLE, AVOID THIS BAJA FRESH AT ALL COST!!! This place certainly made me think less of the rest of the chain . Hope this gets to everyone. This is an update.

We went in for a quick bite heading an appointment, there was one worker there and there was a big order as soon as we walked. She was very nice and got the order right. She made our food very well. She really knows how to make a salad
