Got a single scoop on a cone, the scoop was so small it barely came out of the cone. Expensive and these employees make sure to give you very little ice cream. Ive always been a fan of baskin robins but 4.29 for a very light scoop is very discouraging. Google wont let me post my photo its a depressing scoop of ice

We went here while laundry was done just to browse the selection...lol. I said I wasn't going to buy anything but the employee behind the counter was so sweet she offered me as many samples as I want. The cold brew coffee one was the best for what it's worth. Great customer service and the food is good for Baskin Robbins. They have some thanksgiving special flavor now with cornbread, sweet potato, cranberry sauce...euh no thanks. It was super sweet. There's a regular homeless dude who comes around the employee warned us so just be careful I suppose. That's all I can say as far as ambiance goes lol. It's in a strip mall. Parking is fine.

Ordered two cakes, one brownie and one cookie cake, they got the colors all wrong, it was cracked and looked like crap and wrong flavor of ice cream. Just all wrong. When I called, I got the run around about a partial refund. I emailed the company and got zero help.

The place was very clean and we sample almost all the flavor. The workers were respectful and welcoming. I got the oreo cookie n creme and the very berry strawberry. The ice cream was extremely flavorful and delicious!. If you are craving ice cream I recommend this Baskin robbins!

Oh man I don't know what was worse, the sticky floor or the exorbitant prices. Employees barely scraping by to get things done. Next time if I wanted an overpriced ice cream I would buy a Ben and Jerry's and go home.

The girls here went above and beyond. Last minute bought an ice cream cake for my son's birthday, not only did they have them in stock, but the girls were all hands on deck to make his cake fit a "monster truck volcano" theme. Thank you !

Service was okay. Tried using my cub scout discount card and she said they don't accept the discount card. Which is fine, I'll spend my money and refer all the cub scouts and their friends and family to Leatherby's. Or go to the other BR locations on Calvine.

This place is very unsanitary in terms of one of the employees that works there. This caucasian girl that has brownish red hair that is little curly kept touching her face and scratching it while she was wearing gloves and then proceeded to touch all the other cakes there. There is no point of wearing gloves if your gonna scratch your face with them. That was very disgusting. When I was buying a cake I was doing everything I can to avoid her from touching mine. I didn't even get writing on it because of her. The other employee there had a mask but she's the one that needed the mask the most. This is not the first time I seen this from her she had done something unsanitary before.Also the price on the box of the cake was different from the price In the system which was more. They told me they can't do the price they wrote on the cake. From reading the other reviews this apparently happens alot and is very unacceptable. This will be taken up to corporate.

Jan Benedict Yapo is always on his phone, very nice and doesnt listen, i asked for 1 scoop and he gave me 3 although im not complaining about that part. also he is very segcy attractive and is distracting when im tryi gnto order (im a guy btw) he is too cute to be working here the other employee Kalee is a poopie head and mean.
