Our family comes here probably at least once a month for their bingsoo.They make everything fresh so expect there to be a little wait as they're not just pouring pre-made drinks into a cup that's a good thing.Bingsu are so good we will be back.

I came here today with my sister for a little sister hang out. We came on a Thursday around noon and it was nice and quiet. Not crowded at all! The manager I think, was really nice and came over to clarify some things about the drink because I'm someone who is pretty particular about my boba drinks He did a great job at explaining how they sweeten the boba drinks so that helped me know which sweetness level to get! I got the Very Fruity which is Kumquat green tea with orange slices but I didn't get any orange slices in my drink but I didn't realize that until I got home lol but it's okay because the drink was amazing!I got 0% sweetness with boba and less ice. My drink was the perfect sweetness of the kumquat flavor with a good tea flavor still present so in my opinion it's a 9/10 drink. Their boba is very good in my opinion. Chewy, bouncy, great size, and nicely sweetened I'd give it a 10/10!My sister got the Assam Milk Tea at 25% sweetness with Boba. I had a taste of hers and it's not as milky as we prefer but the tea flavor is definitely there and the sweetest was perfect so if you enjoy more tea flavor and not so milky, then this is for you. For us, we prefer more milky so I'd give this drink a 7/10Overall really cute place, not too spacious though so it might feel crowded if there were people there but since it was just us, it felt nice and peaceful also having a bathroom is always a Plus for me when it comes to boba shops! Overall, I'd come here again next time and try a different drink and chill here longer when I'm not restricted on time!

I ordered a rose oolong here, and I'm happy to report that it tasted pretty good! I was expecting the rose flavor to be just a slight hint, but it was actually very obvious. Yet, it didn't overpower the oolong taste. The cream on top balanced very well with the tea itself. Like most of the boba stores these days, Bru Tea Cafe is in the $6-7 range. I'd say their quality justifies for the pricing though.

The dessert photos were what captured my attention. My BF is the boba fan.Location was quite small, not to many customers when we were there. Overall, happy with the bingsoo, it was pretty yummy and the cocoa flakes definitely added to the dessert. Would have to come back to try the rest of their dessert items.

My friend was looking to have bingsu and we came across this establishment. It was my first time ever having bingsu and it was a good experience. I haven't tried their drinks yet, but the dessert was yummy. We chose the chocolate one and it was great! They also give you a small cup of condensed milk to put on top. The decor, tables and environment were enjoyable. I agree with the other review where it's a nice place to catch up with friends. Service was friendly.

Let me start by saying that this place has the cutest decor I have ever seen! I absolutely love the whole vibe it was decorated so beautifully. I would copy some of those ideas for my house lol. The tables are small for the most part but there's a good amount of seating for a little quick dessert spot. The staff was nice and didn't mind us sitting there and talking, even when our dessert was done. 5/5 stars: Mango Coconut dessert off of their secret menu, but they have their secret menu posted right out front so you can see everything on it. it had a combination of coconut ice cream, shaved ice, chunks of mango and little pieces of mochi at the bottom. It was an interesting experience to have all the different textures, and the flavor combination was absolutely delicious! I would definitely go back and try other desserts!

The bingsu is what makes me a frequent customer at Bru! I've tried all the flavors and the Thai Tea remains my favorite for its smooth tea flavor, soft boba toppings, and the best part--a secret block of flan nestled at the bottom. The other flavors are also good, but not the best I've had in terms of authentic-tasting bingsu (for example, no red beans, Injeolmi). But if you're someone who has never had bingsu, or someone who loves Bingsu for that magical shaved snow texture, Bru will likely satisfy you.Service is friendly and though seating is limited, it is a nice spot for a small group of friends to catch up over dessert.

We went there at 3:30 pm on a Tuesday. There were 3 customers in front of us. It took us 20-25 minutes to get two drinks. We ordered Japanese Jasmine Brûlée and Minty Grinch. The drinks were only okay, nothing too special. Considering the price and waiting time, we probably won’t come back again.

Wanted desserts after dinner, and decided to check this place out for their bingsoo. We placed our order at the kiosk - Tiramisu, Thai tea, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate. We each enjoyed our desserts. All of the bingsoo bases are milk, except the Thai tea. I liked the Tiramisu one, especially with the espresso soaked ladyfingers on top. Only complaint is that there was a wait in between receiving each bingsoo, so each person would be done with theirs before the next one was ready. However, I'd still return again.

Their decor for the holidays are just fabulous. I love the poinsettias on their wall. The ordering machine was down when we went, but luckily the lady at the counter was quick to catch that and helped us with our orders. My recommendation is to use the machine to get the full menu and then order at the front if it is still out of order as the menu at the front does not have the seasonal drink on it. I got the Thick Mint, which is a mint and chocolate milk tea. It comes with Oreos, so you may not need additional topping unless you really want boba. The mint is strong, but does not overpower the chocolate and I love it. Perfect sweetness too, so I do not recommend changing the sweetness on this.
