Came in to try one of the new wing flavors and grab a beer, got seated and just sat there for around 25 mins….they did not seem too busy but maybe they sat me in a closed section?? Just got up and left

Wouldn’t know how the food tasted bc we had to ask for a refund for waiting 30 minutes for an online pickup order. Only to be told after waiting 30 minutes they’re working on the fries for the order that was supposed to be picked up 30 minutes prior. So we would have had cold wings with hot fries? Staff was complaining about the work atmosphere right in front of customers, not professional at all. Oh and we only got the refund after telling staff to get the manager. They were trying to take my information with no food and no refund, try again. Ask for management and bypass the staff for these requests. Don’t come to this location, go to Arden where you know it’s busy and that’s the only reason it makes sense for it to be that screwy.Update: refund has not been given. Corporate has been called twice with no call back or refund.

This place has gone downhill for months now. Managers keep leaving, WHY?? Ordered food and drinks 11:15pm, asked for another beer 11:30, SORRY BAR CLOSED, but yet the restaurant is open till 1200? The queso is always cold, even though WE ASK FOR IT TO BE HOT… Tired of complaining… NOBODY CARES! Wings came out WITH FEATHERS still attached! YES, feathers were deep fried and still on the wings! *BARF* I have complained soooo many times, we won’t be going back. Service is slow, food COLD, or LATE… there are plenty of other options in EG… SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!.!.!.!.!

The staff is great - I have food allergies and this team goes above and beyond each time, so kind and never annoyed to spend the extra care. The wings, drinks and fries are delicious and hit the spot for your sports viewing time! It’s also set up to be a fun and nice atmosphere, excited they joined the neighborhood.

Went to pick up order and they handed over just one small bag. Then we was like hold up...bought $75 dollars worth of food...this isnt all of it. Then they check and gave us everything. (What the hek was that)!! They need to be looking at the damn receipts before they wana just hand over one small a** bag. I didnt even wana post the food pics because it doesnt look good. We also had fries just didnt snap a pic of it. Smh! Salad was straight out the package Celery & carrots was not it. Looked old- for all that chicken we only got 2 piece old celery and about 4/5 piece of small carrots Fries is fries Cheese curds was ight

The way to order your food Totally sucks. We sat for about forty five minutes before anybody even Spoke to us. I don't think that I would return to Buffalo wild wings. The food was okay.
Avoided this place because of the overall rating. Finally we went in a few days ago and had a good experience. Met with good service at the front and a quick booth. The place is great for watching multiple things at once. Emily was our server and she was great. Food was just as good. Give it a shot

Miriam and Nigeria were the best servers super friendly helpful hardworking and smiling the whole time . Two thumbs up will definitely be back to see them .

We went there to watch the 49er and Green Bay packer game. We were seated and the bus boy told us that our waitress was busy so we expected that. Our waitress passed by us four to five times and did not even acknowledge our presence .We saw the manager in the corner watching the game, totally disengaged from helping his staff do anything. We also noticed other customers were being poorly served as well. We tried our best to be patient.We waited almost 20 minutes without being offered a glass of water. We politely removed ourselves from the restaurant. We definitely will not be coming back to this BWW... Hands down. Worst service of all time.. I have never seen a BWW with such poor service. John taffer on bar rescue would have had a field day!!!!
