I want everyone to know that this Burger King on 8338 Power Inn Rd. Elk Grove,Ca.95624. which is connected to AMPM gas station is a counterfeit business. I went inside this establishment on October 8,2023 @ 5.05pm and ordered one of their hamburger deals. Their were 3 ladies inside the establishment, 1-manager and 1-young girl cashier and 1 girl crew member. The young girl cashier took my order and and told me my order came out to $5.44 for the 2 hamburgers and so I gave her 1-$100 dollar bill and .45 cents. she looked at me and she did not know how much change to give back, i told her you owe me $95.01. she ignored me and still was puzzled. the young girl cashier then pulled out her phone and started to use her calculator and she still was puzzled, she then called her (female) manager to help her. The female manager came and she was talking to the cashier girl and she said something in their dialect and then the manger went in the office to pull another calculator. I told them both my change would be $95.01, then the manager repeated what my change would be of $95.01 and I told her that's what I said to the both of them.After all that and she gave me my change, which was from their register 4-$20's and 3-$5's and 1-cent. i took that cash and walked over to the gas stations clerk using the same money they gave me to put in some gas. the gas stations clerk took the 2-$20's and started to mark the money with the counterfeit pen. the clerk said this $20 dollars is fake and I said, (WHAT!) let me see that the clerk didn't want to give me the money back. I told him hold on, I just got that money from Burger King, give me the money back so I can show them so he did.I walked over to Burger King, mind you its connected to each other. I went to the manager and told them that the gas station clerk said the $20 that they gave me is a fake. she then took my $20 and ran my $20's on the machine that checks for fakes. she came back and said, "YES" the $20 is a fake. i told her what are you going to do about it! she told me hold on and she went to call her manager or supervisor another one on the phone. she came back and said they can't do anything about it and that i would have to come back the next day and speak with another manager. I then said, I want my money back and told them I'm calling the police because they are giving counterfeit money to customers back. she still said they can't do anything and she kept the counterfeit money. I called the police and they said they can't do anything for them to give my money back.So today, I went back to speak with a different manager that I was told to speak to. She looked at me and when I explained to her what happen to me last night. she didn't looked to concerned and she told me to call another manager. That's when I got mad and she just kept on telling me to call another manager. On top of that one of the male employee that was there was trying to argue with me and said he wanted to fight me in the Burger King establishment. The lady manager had to push him away and told him to stop. I told the lady manager I want the corporate number and and the other managers number that she wanted me to call, so she did. I walked out of there with no resolution.I then got into my car and started calling the next person in charge and it was a male person speaking. I explained, what had happened and you know what his response was and I quote, " Let me find out what's going on, how do I know if it wasn't you who changed the money and gave a counterfeit!" O'man I got mad on the phone. I told him how can I give you fake $20 when it came from the business cash register. I gave the that business a plain $100 dollar bill and that's the change they gave me. Then I was telling him I want my money back and that I worked hard for that and no one in that business cares about giving my money back. Came here the other night. Requested that the staff drop some fresh mozzarella sticks and fries for my order. They agreed. I got the food and the fries were cold, dry, and limp. The mozzarella sticks were okay but the cheese didn't pull like I expected them too. The marinara sauce taste like sweet ketchup. This location is gross.

Cecilia the "Manager" has an attitude as soon as you start ordering. She has no respect and should not be a Manager. Tried to mug me and got upset I asked for straws that SHE forgot to provide. Needs an article adjustment.

Drive-thru will take forever and half the time the food is cold or a lukewarm in the bathrooms at this location is horrendous

This hole in the wall location was out of everything... when I asked if they had the rodeo burger (not advertised on the menu board) he says yes...I asked if he could make it into a meal, he says no. Other locations can, but whatever. I hadn't ordered that burger in a while, so I forgot if it came with cheese or not. He didn't offer to add it, so I thought maybe it did. I got the burger... omg! Tiniest patty, tiny bite size onion rings, a dollop of bbq sauce & no cheese. Nope, won't be back there...

I typically don't leave bad reviews and this is my second time coming to this particular Burger King first time they left out four items from my order after telling me they can't take Burger King gift cards because they're not a regular Burger King? What? Thought I would give them another try today never again I asked for Coke. I got what tasted like root beer vanilla Coke and Dr Pepper mixed all together my kids Fry's near me over cold and glad I checked my bag before I left this time because my order of onion rings was missing. I wish there was a different Burger King closer with better food/service.

It has been over two weeks I had to write about this mess up and over charge me and missing food. OH MY GOD i had to write this again because I'm so angry with profanity I JUST CHECKED AND BURGERKING APP CHARGED FOR 2 deliveries but only I only got one order SOMEONE REFUND ME NOW!!! They got my order wrong for both too! I still got NO FRIES; the first order didn't go through because of an error then I just now it shows BURGERKING DID CHARGE ME FOR THE 1st order that pop up error for me then it somehow charged me the second that did go through yes this was the second order that had no error; doordash person text me that he got there and my food was not ready I figured out after my food was delivered they charged me twice and the burger staff at the restaurant did not know which order to make and give to the doordash person. So the made the door dash person wait and didn't even tried to ask me about the mess up so the Burgerking app owes me money for this big mess up; refund for no fries and refund me for the first order because all I got was my chicken nuggets! Yeah didn't even get my bacon sandwich meal so I'm owed a lot of money; this wasn't the first time that this happen on the day.
