Worst customer service ever!!! Employees don't know how to properly take order. Drive thru will not be busy and they will still make you park and wait for your food over 15 min. They discrimnate against other races except Hispanic since 90% of Employees are all Hispanic including the manager on swing and night shift. Manager lady working swing shift doesn't know how to apologize for her mistakes and lies about things. Avoid this place at all cost. Very poor management.

(Wrong sandwich consistently) consistently mess up the bacon Swiss chicken sandwhich order. If you order one, you will like have to have to pull up to the front and they will still give you the wrong sandwhich! If you order a bacon swiss, check it even if you have to wait extra time in the front. More than likely in my experience they will mess up the order. they will give you a regular chicken sandwich instead. Very annoying. I dont really understand how it keeps happening.

We just got home from getting our food through the drive up window after I had a medical procedure that I had to fast for. I was looking forward to eating a crispy chicken sandwich, and all it had on it were 2 pickles and the chicken. No lettuce or tomatoes. The chicken did not have the breading thst is shown in the pictures, and it was way smaller. It did not come close to covering the bun. It was very disappointing

The new Chile Char burger sounds good eh?Look at the pic from actual Menu in the dining room versus my actual burger I bought.Enough said!You are better off making a normal burger at home with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, char a green chile pepper, slap your favorite ground beef on= Best Homemade Burger
Adding a star back because I was craving carls again. This time I got everything that was asked for. My sauce was on the sandwich when I asked for it on the side but I think we can attribute that to language or intercom barriers.

The franchise in the Kohl's shopping center consistently serves Breakfast Grilled Bacon or Sausage Sandwichs without being grilled...always ungrilled sourdough bread soaked in butter and tasteless. Please change your grilling procedures!
