Get rid of the terrible automated order system. I tried multiple times to get it to take my order, I finally had to yell to get me a person to take my order. Ridiculous. I don't often get fast food, but this will certainly drive business away.

Went here today and there was nothing but teenagers working,cashier tried to pull a fast one when I paid for my meal,total was 16 and some change I gave him two 10's,he said the total again then I told him yeah I gave you 20 two 10's bud and he said oh I thought I saw 15,this place is clearly going down hill, burger bun was greasy when I opened it and the fries were soggy.

I absolutely hate this location for their evening/night drive thru. Their staff doesn't care about making sure you get the right food, they always make you pull around to the front in order to try to make their times look better (even when no one else is in line behind you), and now they've got a machine working the drive thru speaker taking your order (badly). I love the burgers at Carl's, but I'm never going back to this location because they obviously don't give a damn about customer service.

Ordered a double angus burger - no cheese, no onion and waffle fries.Received - a double bacon burger, no lettuce, no tomato; waffle fries were luke warm when the bag was handed to me (thankful for microwaves).The order process is horrible niw that a live person to take the order has been eliminated.In all, I probably angered the window person when I didn't agree to pull around. There was only 1 person behind me so I wasn't holding up a line. I know it's becsusr they have to get cars through in a set time. I didn't agree because I was driving a big truck.I will have to get a new burger place for hubby.
Absolutely horrible idea to use AI at the drive up. The automation attempt ended up taking me 12 min in the drive thru.Avoid florin/perkins & Calvine CJ’s at all cost.

I had high expectations going in, I ordered the 2 for 5 chicken stars and a cheese burger only cheese pickles and ketchup then I ordered the 2 for 6 chicken wraps... My 5 year old twins ate the chicken stars and cheese burger good! The wraps weren't good! The tendon on the small piece of chicken is still there. I can not enjoy the tortilla, cheeeand Lettuce if I'm struggling to chew the chicken...

If there was a zero star, I would rate it. If we don't eat pork, we don't eat pork. We said no "sausage or bacon," and she said "so you want bacon" LIKE WE DONT EAT PORK AT ALL.
