So there's only 2 Carl's Jr that my boyfriend and I go to in Elk Grove, and this one has won my heart. This morning the gentleman at the register for the drive thru was absolutely wonderful! Seriously he was nice, helped answer my annoying questions and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. I hope management sees this and gives him a raise

Restaurant is clean, food is cold despite taking 10 minutes to get food and I’m only one in building. How does that happen? No manager present. Workers look tired and not happy. Literally zero communication happening.

Went through the drive through, woman asked for my order, then disappeared. I drove to the window, I advised that I placed the order when she asked, then nobody answered. She sarcastically said. Well, nobody answered me, so I left the conversation, and took another order, what do you want to do? Leave or what? I guess I was an inconvenience to her that I was trying to order food at a restaurant she was working at. Doubt I’ll be back.

I loved Carl's until Karcher was pushed out of his own company. The food is blah and prices are high. Corporate food.
The location super chill and relaxed. It's kinda hidden within the plaza. Great service and staff.

Stopped by for breakfast around 8:20 am and the sign said drive through open. Sat in the drive through for several minutes before pulling around and trying the doors. The doors were locked but I could see someone inside. We pulled into the drive thru again and still didn’t get anyone to take our order.

The drive thru service was perfect! We had a custom order, the associate repeated it back correctly. When arriving the the window the staff was friendly and processed payment quickly. The food came out fast and was packaged perfect! Was given the appropriate amount of napkins and sauces for the order, and the food tasted good!

Not impressed. I went through the drive through and no one picked up. I drove around to the front and no one was inside. I went back through the drive through and waited again and no one picked up. They were officially supposed to be open. Lights were on too, but no one was home.
