Went in Friday March 1st, it was quite the enjoyable experience. Sure it’s very different from what Chuck E. Cheese was 10-15 years ago but it certainly evolved in a good way. The facility’s at this location was clean. The staff was very polite, friendly, and very helpful, Miguel the Cashier helped us a lot when ordering, great hospitality service. This location is great for kids birthday parties or just a day out of the house for family fun. The birthday party hosts and staff are very friendly and explain all information to you. Such as what you are paying for, what the charges come out to, and offer ways that you can save. They make your child feel special on their birthday, even when there are other parties going on as well. This place upgraded and added a trampoline area for an extra $15 but it's unlimited jumping. There is a height requirement also. It was really fun for my 2 year old daughter. I'm glad they added more games in the play room and this trampoline jumping area. The staff that was inside keeping an eye on all the little ones that went in was great and friendly. All the kids seemed to like her a lot. This place was clean and overall a fun place. There are also new prizes.
