Zero starts for the racism I witnessed on National Ice Cream day. Clearly the possible African American customers did not get a “welcome in”. The female worker who maybe of middle eastern background didn’t ask what they wanted, instead she asked the man on the other side of the store near did he want anything else. The Black customers were next. Rude and disrespectful; I’m white and I noticed it and needed to share this..—-.—-Update—->. Clearly, the owner who responded is not willing to read reviews with an open mind, shows how one sided this business maybe. I’m quite surprised how sarcastic the ending of the response. Carry on.

We come here once in awhile and it’s always good but todays my sons birthday and I’m so disappointed with the handwriting I got for my sons cake. The lady said she does not know how to write in cursive and this is what I got! I have no other choice but to take it like this because I have plans to take him out to SF. I should have just bought candles with happy Birthday on it and would have looked way better than this. I’m sorry but it looks like a kid did it. I also hope it’s good since I seen cakes on there for 50% off that are probably old that’s why they are cheap.

Went there a few days ago & noticed this foul smell of vomit, urine & mildew in the store. Doesn't seem to be sanitized at all. The floors were sticky & just had to walk out of there. Health inspector needs to visit this place ASAP. Zero stars but forced to put one star to post this.

I loved this place. Would really recommend it. 9/10. Would be a 10 but there was no root beer floats. But they have samples which I really love. If I didn't try the samples I would not have known some flavors where so good. Their service was also great very fast and nice staff. The store was really nice pretty good location. Would defiantly recommed

I forgot that I put a review here. If I paid attention to what my review I wouldn't have gone back. I went tonight to pick up 2 cartons of ice cream, the same as the last time. The cartons were not in an order that you could see all the flavors in the freezer. I had to search for my favorite ice cream. I went up to the counter and waited as the young lady walked back and forth. She never said anything to me. During the time i was waiting a long line formed. The next thing I know the young lady tells me I need to get in line. This place is obviously a mess. I can't see it being around much longer. They need to put something there that the owner is proud of.

I love cold stone, have gone here for 10 years recently I have ordered a love it and staff does fill the bowl. Last Sunday I went ordered love the girl gave bowl 3/4 full. I asked is it like or love it. She said love it. I said there is still room fire more ice cream she made faces I walked out and went to somi somi it's worth it. I am not sure the girls are racist or what. I am never going here.

I went with my nephew to Cold Stone for a treat, the person helping us, Vannessa was disrespectful and rude from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. I asked for the receipt and she threw it on the table. she treated every customer who walked in the same ill manner she treated us. horrible experience.
There is a worker named Gabriella, absolutely phenomenal worker. She was training another employee while doing several things herself one of them being taking orders. I was absolutely astounded by her well-mannered demeanor, hard work ethic, and a friendly smile. I request that she gets a raise, whatever she is being paid is clearly not enough for outrageously fantastic work she's doing in there.

we went a few weeks ago, the two girls working at night were unprofessional. tonight we tried to go, got there at 9:20 and the doors were locked. the store hours say they close at 9:30.

I went to Cold Stone multiple times over the last couple of months and I have had a wonderful experience time and time again. I am always served by Gabriella. She is a wonderful young lady. She always goes out of her way to make sure my experience incredible. She is talkative and kind to me. Not only with me but with customers before and after me. She always works very hard and efficiently. I have seen her alone and handle the rush perfectly. She keeps calm and works fast and hard. She is amazing and provided me some of the best customer service I have ever had!!! She manages and is kind to her coworkers and I always see her helping them and shows great leadership.

Would not give one star. Ordered a cake for my sons birthday a week ahead. Wanted his name and age along with happy birthday. All they wrote was happy birthday. They said they would fix it but we are on our way to his party. Showed my husband and they scrapped the top of the cake off to re write it correctly. It looked horrible. Called after wards and they said they gave me a discount since they messed up the cake. They did not. Then they said I gave them a 20 dollar tip and that's why the charge shows no discount l. Why would I give any one a tip for doing there job wrong. Please don't go or call. Manager hangs up on you when asking for so one hirer then them. Very poor service
