This was the worst BBQ I've ever eaten. I got a 3 meat plate(pulled pork, sliced brisket and ribs) delivered and it actually got there early. first... everything was dry. the brisket was dry and flavorless(seriously no smoke flavor). the pulled pork was DRY. how do you make pulled pork dry unless you're trying to MAKE it dry? then, the ribs... WHAT, THE, FRUCK!!! The ribs had exactly the same consistency as slimy beef jerky. tough and dry but, why in hell was it slimy? honestly, those ribs give beef jerky a bad name. I would have rather eaten a plate of mediocre beef jerky(or a plate of almost anything)than be anywhere near those ribs again. SOOO many things wrong with my meal other than that. only one piece of bread was toasted, only on one side, the BBQ beans were HARD, the portions were so small(considering it was over $30), almost everything was cold. Actually the only thing that was warm and I was able to finish was my order of fries. they actually tasted ok too. other than that this was by far the worst meal claiming to be BBQ I've EVER eaten. I grew up in a culinary hub in Charlotte, North Carolina so I've been spoiled on not only good BBQ but, good food in general and, I'm not trying to be snobbish nor am I exaggerating when I say this is the worst and they obviously don't care that they serve food that is borderline inedible.

The staff was to high to handle any of our orders very disappointing when I was trying to celebrate my father's birthday here at one of his favorite places to eat never been to this location will never return had to restart our order six times and they still couldn't get it right just ended up not even getting food I will be calling management on Monday

Don’t waste your money. Ordered the ribs with chicken breast plate also had the baked beans and potato salad. The baked beans looked and tasted like they were just poured out of the Vandercamp porking bean can. No flavor at all. Received two skimpy rib bones. Won’t be back again.
Great food and nice staff. Ordered online but app doesn't give them enough time when they are busy. Worth the wait though love the pacman

I've been coming to Dickeys for years. This location and others. Food is always good. I typically get the 3 meat combo with green beans and Mac. Brisket, sausage, and pulled pork. I like the sweet BBQ sauce over the spicy or original. It's probably the best commercial or fast BBQ you can get. It won't compare to BBQ places that smoke their meat for days but definitely works for a quick fix. The service here at this location is great. The food is always warm and tastes fresh. Only complaint is the tables are consistently sticky.

I came to Dickeys for the first time looking for something different in the area. Ribs were tender and flavorful. They were truly the star of the meal. Brisket was well seasoned but a little overcooked. Loaded baked potato Casserole was seasoned well and had real pieces of potato but was very dry and could use more cheese and bacon. Green beans with bacon were cold but flavored well and had a slight spiciness to them. Bread was softer than I like for toast so I only took one bite just to taste it. Not bad. Overall I thought the food was decent and will most likely try them again.

If you want some basic customer service I mean a friendly smile and someone that can even pretend to appreciate your business don't expect it here! I left last night without dinner so this review is not about their food even though they were out of everything except chicken , sausage and pulled pork. We decided to go last minute because they emailed a coupon for a free 2 meat plate. Because it was late we hopped in the car and arrived around 30 minutes before close. My husband went inside and tried using the coupon but discovered it was for online or app order. He couldn't download the app, and then was having trouble with the code. It kept saying it wasn't valid!! He came out to the car where I was waiting and said that the employee did not know what to do and wasn't trying to help. I went inside with him to help try to figure it out. It kept saying code was invalid and to login. He didn't remember his password so he tried to reset it. An error message pops up! Unbelievable! Somethings wrong with the site. You can't reset you password. All this time the employee never offered any assistance or even looked our way. She obviously could care less. She was just busy presumably getting things ready for close since the one other person left with their order. There was no one else there. Goodness now it's been 15 mins of trying to get this to work! I'm ready to go because they don't even have the ribs I wanted. It's 8:50 and I reread the email and see that we didn't enter 2 big yellow cups! Goodness ! Ok so that's our fault for not reading the entire coupon! I can't help but think that if the employee tried to help us or was knowledgeable about their coupons they were offering, they could have told us 15 minutes earlier...you've got to order 2 Big yellow cups!! With that figured out, we're ready to press enter and she finally offers some very important information!She said, We close at 9, it probably won't let you order for tonight. You can put in the order for tomorrow." Wait you told my husband he had to order online for the coupon but didn't say it probably won't work for your dinner tonight? Are you serious?! I'm here at your establishment trying to order dinner for tonight! My husband calmly explains why it's so frustrating. She responds with the straightest face, "I can give you 10% off , that's all I can do. "I just shook my head and said "No let's go" For bbq Go to Macque's it's much better or try Louisiana Heaven...our usual spot! Good friendly people and great food!

If I could do less than 1 star I would. We've been ordering our thanksgiving turkey from Dickey's for YEARS! Last year I ordered it like I normally do a couple weeks ahead of time and then all of a sudden I got a phone call THE DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving (when I'm supposed to pick up our turkey) saying that they ran out of turkey and that they were sorry. They didn't put in for the right number of turkeys for the preorders they took. Mind you this again was THE DAY BEFORE thanksgiving so we had to call all around California to try to find a replacement turkey from them and we couldn't. Thankfully Safeway had some turkeys and we got one but that put a super sour taste in our mouths. We will NEVER come here again. We didn't even get a sorry or anything just we don't have your turkey you preordered weeks ago.
