Came here because of the tmobile tuesday 4$ off deal, usually we never go here lol. We also had bogo deals too, but they wouldnt let us use the bogo along with the 4$ off..... so that already sucked. AND we also tried to so a separate order to use the 4$ but they didnt even know how to use it which is dumb.We wanted to try their special stuff so we tried their pina colada and matcha green tea, both large size but we like to split it into two usually too. Okay to start both were bad... the matcha green tea was OVERLY sweet. Like i get that usually matcha is bitter so u add SOME sugar but when i tried it all i tasted was sugar. Way too sweet and not much matcha or green tea flavor bc the sweetness just overpowered it. The pina colada was better BUT still bad lol. Idk what it is abt it but like kinda all coconut flavor and not enough pineapple? Idk but it was also too sweet and i think they use dried coconut and not like the actual meat or juice idek. Just all disappointing.Also they usually fill it up more even tho we split it but it was like significantly less this time rip

Worst service I was immediately denied service. The crew member told me they were only taking mobile orders and under staff when it was only one person in the lobby as if I had more than one order. It’s a shame because I used to work at this location many years ago and I will never return

Terrible customer service from management!!! Accused me of being a scammer for using an old BOGO card. Employee said I just needed the app, so I downloaded the app and it didn't work. Then management refused to help me. I've had these cards for years and now they're refusing to honor them. Absolutely disgusting experience!!!

Ordered large, payed for it, and got a medium. I was fine with it at first because I thought I just forgot but I payed 8.99 for it and added tip. It was charged on my card. The drink was good though. ?

Always come to get the “ Orange dream machine” but substitute the orange for pineapple , according to my son is soo delicious.

Came in for an orange dream machine and they were out of orange sherbet. Not to mention how dirty the floors were. There were 3 people "working", 1 customer (me), and no one could be bothered to sweep up a little.

Their staffs are very on top of their game and seems pretty nice.Update: I think they should pay more attention to order customers' orders. I arrived and made my orders few minutes before the next customers came in. But I ended up getting my order several minutes after the other customer. (no, she didn't do online order and made her order there and then.)For someone who comes in everyday to get their breakfast and need to hurry back to work, this is not okay. Going from 5 stars to 3 stars
